«great location on riverfront, comfy beds, property clean. good value for $»
+Love the remodeled lobby and new lobby bar, that was added since our last stay. Had assistance from Delilah on checkin and throughout our stay and she was professional and helpful and personable!
−Could use a few more items for breakfast, love the hardboiled eggs, but only 1-2 yogurts when we came in to eat.

«You can find something better»
+It was clean.
−The room was extremely small. To use the bathroom, you had to step past the toilet or into the tub to shut the door. The door to the room didn't seal properly. Light, and sound, poured into the room all night. They have a bar a few feet away in the lobby and it sounded like it was inside our room until close to midnight. When the upstairs guest walked in his room, the floor creaked so loudly that we thought he might fall into our room. It was a very uncomfortable night at a very high price.

«Great location and service»
+Harbor view doesn't necessarily have the best views, but it is right on the river and close to the downtown commercial district and right on the river boardwalk. I found it to be a great value and convenient to restaurants and shops. The service was tremendous, and I highly recommend staying here.
