+It’s behind the island so it’s quiet!
−They shut the water off during the day to change a boiler so you had to be gone all day with kids

«Very disappointing»
+I can't believe this place has this high of a rating. We arrived at around 5pm. There was no one at the front desk. Apparently, they don't have anyone to cover the desk when the clerk goes on break. While waiting, we saw a posted sign that said the water would be out for most of one day. I understand that water systems need maintenance, but it would have been nice to know about before we got there. Once we got to our room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I've slept on cots that are more comfortable. The bed pillows are about the size of throw pillows, but have less support. The AC unit fan was pulsing whenever it ran. I don't mean it switched off and on like it should. I mean the fan literally pulsed like something was rapidly covering and uncovering it. I tried reporting it to the desk, but was told that was normal. The breakfast was also terrible.
