«Good for one night stay. But would not advise anyone to stay there for longer period of time .»
+Good central location. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff and good service at breakfast.
−Very tired fabric of the room . Lampshade broken, carpet stained. Shower flow poor . No hand towels. Limited amount of teabags available in the room . Limited car parking for such a large hotel. (3 Spaces)

«Brilliant value for money.»
+The bedroom was exceptional value for money. My partner and I had the best couple of nights away to reset. We also bought our dog who was made welcome. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Absolutely loved our stay. Will definitely return.
−The only thing I can negatively review was the shower didnt drain fast and I was concious of making it quick incase it overflowed.

«NOT VERY HAPPY HERE. I THINK DOORS OPEN ALL NIGHT AND EASY FOR PEOPLE TO WALK IN AND OUT.»
+GOOD BREAKFAST. NICE BATHROOM.
−WANTED WAKE-UP CALL. ONLY GOT ONE. THE WAITRESS I SPOKE TO ON 2nd MORNING SAID 'I WILL REMEMBER' - OF COURSE, SHE NEVER DID AND I WAS WAS TOO LATE FOR BREAKFAST. ANOTHER WAITRESS GOT ME INTO THE DINING ROOM AND I GOT CEREAL AND TOAST. I WAS LEAVING THIS DAY, HAD TO GET A TRAIN AND WANTED TO VISIT A SHOP BEFORE THAT, SO IT WAS ALL VERY RUSHED - NOT HAPPY WITH THIS. ALSO IN 2nd NIGHT HEARD TWO VERY LOUD THUMPS, THOUGHT SOMEONE HAD FALLEN OUT OF BED, BUT VERY SHORTLY AFTER SOMEONE TRIED TO GET INTO MY ROOM WITH A KEY. TRIED 3 TIMES UNTIL I SHOUTED 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING', THEN HEARD DOOR ACROSS THE LANDING OPEN, A FEW WORDS SPOKEN AND PERSON THEN WENT INTO THAT ROOM. NO FOOD ON 1ST NIGHT I FOR EVENING, ALTHOUGH STATES 'FOOD 7 DAYS A WEEK', ALTHOUGH GOOD PUB RECOMMENDED I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO GO OUT AS TIRED AFTER QUITE LONG JOURNEY THAT DAY. NO-ONE ON DESK AFTER 9.00 P.M. NOT VERY SECURE HOTEL. WON'T BE STAYING AGAIN.

+The breakfast was awful, hotel location was non descriptive. Forget the parking facilities, completely clogged. You have to risk parking on the pavement outside the hotel 😬 Clientele, elderly couples passing through on holiday and long standing lovely individuals, who are less fortunate than ourselves. Owner lazy, poor admin. Had to wait 40 minutes to check in, after 6 hours journey. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone

«Horrible, do not recommend»
+Nothing, we had a horrible experience. We paid for two rooms but only received one room, when asking the owner it turned out our room was rented to other people and we were told by him to ‘fuck off’. Not a nice stay at all
−Room was not clean and very noisy
