«We really enjoyed our stay and if returning to Baltimore it’s the only hotel I would stay in! Brilliant :)»
+Clean, staff were helpful and friendly, location was amazing.
−The pool are was completely closed off and looked abandoned- despite it being beautiful and sunny? I couldn’t get out to even look as the doors were locked. This may of been the time of year, maybe it’s normally cooler but last weekend was beautiful and sunny and would have loved to have sat by the pool.

+The good thing about the Four Seasons is that you know what to expect. Good sized rooms, good service, generally good restaurants, good gym and good spa. Good location can walk to many places.
−The whole sauna area in the spa is a bit dated, the sauna was lukewarm and there was no 'cold' shower (you are meant to do a very hot sauna followed by a cold shower). Ive asked if the shower could be changed and they said no, fixed temperature.

«Beautiful Hotel on the Harbor»
+★★★★☆ A memorable stay with exceptional personalization and a few areas for improvement Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. There were several truly exceptional aspects of our experience that made this a memorable mother-daughter trip, along with a few service inconsistencies that kept it from being a perfect stay. We booked through American Express Fine Hotels + Resorts and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful Light Suite with a balcony. The suite was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a separate bedroom, living room, two full bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the harbor. It gave my daughter and me the perfect balance of spending time together while each having our own space. The bed was very comfortable, and overall the suite was a wonderful place to relax. One thing future guests should be aware of is that, because the room has a balcony, some outside noise from other guests can carry into the room. The city noise itself did not bother me, but I was woken up by neighbors using their balconies and closing doors during the night. This is not necessarily a hotel issue, but it is something to consider if you are a l

«Under staffed at Four Seasons???»
+The room was not ready when we arrived at 2;00 and was told 3:00 would be fine. Went to the restaurant in the lobby and service was nice (attitude) but under staffed. Had to remind waiter of our order which he forgot to put in. I checked back at front desk at 3:15 and was told that… yes the room was cleaned but needed supervisor approval. Hour later - still nothing. We have plans, need our room, a shower and get dressed- ruining our trip - chaos.
