«All over not a particularly pleasant stay - overpriced for what was offered and would not recommend»
+All aspects of the room itself were very good - good supply of kitchen utensils, clean & comfortable bedding, good sized fridge, good location close to coles shopping centre
−The state of the balcony was disgusting - huge amounts of bird excrement everywhere. Part of the ceiling on the balcony had been removed and it would seem that birds are nesting in there. It was obvious that the area had not been cleaned for quite some time. The shower had a hand held nozzle on a flexible tube that would normally be able to be held in place or removed as necessary, however it was impossible to keep in place due to a loose fitting and as such just hung loose meaning it had to be held in your hand - very difficult to have a shower. Would be obvious to the last person to clean the shower Was not initially given the room (twin room) I ordered and had to contact Manager to rectify Did not like the fact that no secure or even undercover parking or the 20 steps to traverse to get luggage and other required items into the apartment

«Fair value modest unit»
+Inside the room was very good with all you would expect in a mid range unit good size. Balcony overlooking the golf course was good with kangaroos. Linen was fine and good sized fridge close to shopping centre.
−Traffic noise started around 5.00am especially the local boys with hotted up utes. The place is a bit tired calling them executive apartments is a bit of a stretch. If this was booked by my admin people l would not have been happy.

+Well presented and clean. Comfortable accommodation and great parking facilities, as I had a trailer.
−I know it can't be helped, but other people's voices are a little noisy in the hallway and when they are checking into there room. The coffee cups could be bigger. I also couldn't find the ironing board. I looked in the book provided, but there was no info about were to find it. Also I noticed the #key gets sticky on the entry door. So if you aren't paying attention the keypad doesn't work while that #key is stuck on an angle. Please take all of this as constructive feedback as I had a great stay.

+Very little but matched the price
−No security for car. Entrance stairs and hall need clean and stairs unsafe. No tea bags, soap or shampoo, no spare toilet roll, no blanket on single bed. Evidence of poor cleaning such as drinking glass.

+Location of accommodation was great for our requirements. It was also lovely to see the Kangaroos on the golf course of a morning.
−Property is a little on the older side. Beds are quite low to the floor and bed dipped in the middle and we rolled in to the middle. Laundry facilities were good, however payment system did not work, so we were not able to use the laundry.

+Room was clean and presented well, great location. Bed was comfortable.
−Kettle was not clean, updating appliances would help as they were a bit old, boiled water in a pot rather than use the kettle.

−Bathroom was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Back side of bathroom door dirty, toilet seat very flimsy and moved about, soap dish in shower was uncleaned with short hairs still on it. No coffee satchels or small UHT milk provided. Balcony was very unclean with bird droppings in plentiful.
