«Great central location»
+We love the location as it’s central for everything we want to participate in. There are also close restaurants. It’s clean and everyone is friendly. There is a nice breakfast offered, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and hot offerings.
−We were extremely disappointed to learn that the pool will not be reopened, and will be replaced with a “wellness” center. We probably won’t return for that reason alone.

«I won’t stay again. Very disappointing for the price point»
+Only the staff
−No restaurant, no housekeeping came, no bathrobes or slippers, no q tips or cotton balls, no bath soap, no bottled water, pool under construction …

«Pet fee is a shock at $120 for one night. Beds are comfy and clean Plan on going elsewher»
+The staff at the front desk are friendly and the room was clean with comfy bed and sheets.
−The biggest reason for negative review stars is that Marriott charged $120 for pet fee that I wasn’t expecting. No one charges that much. My bill for one night, arrival around 6:00 pm and check out the next day around 10:00 am was over $335.57. That’s ridiculous for a 16 hour stay, which isn’t even a full day! It doesn’t cost that much more to clean for a dog to stay. This experience has turned me off of Marriott even though I am already a Bonvoy member. Breakfast was terrible. Pancakes with blueberries and they were very soggy. Also, the egg frittatas seemed old and dry. This hotel needs a waffle machine.

«Will continue to stay here. They are higher price but only a short distance from downtown»
+Love the rooms and the areas in the lobby and auto doors. Makes it easy to get the animals. And out.
−Don like the artificial pet grass area. Wish there was more real grass areas closer for late night potties
