+The staff were really polite, accommodating, and helpful. They addressed our concerns promptly and made sure to follow up when needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail shown by the team. When I asked for recommendations on nearby places to eat, one of the staff members even followed up to check if I had managed to find a place. It’s rare to experience this level of thoughtfulness and genuine care, and it made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were also very accommodating to our requests. When we wanted to use the pool at night, they made sure the pool lights and jacuzzi were turned on. They also helped us carry our luggage to and from our room. When we planned to go swimming, I requested towels, and they provided beach towels that we could bring along while strolling by the beach. These small but thoughtful gestures really made a difference in our overall experience. The place itself is decent and offers great value for money. The room was well-maintained and equipped with a TV, table, fridge, safe, and cabinet. −Finding the place was quite challenging, as our driver initially dropped us off at El Fuego instead of El Puerto. It would be helpful if the address details included the street name and nearby landmarks, such as Station X, to make the location easier to find. Providing clearer directions or more specific location details would help guests avoid confusion and make the arrival experience smoother.

«Fantastisch für den Budget Aufenthalt in Boracay, wenn man ein gewisse Toleranz mitbringt»
+Die Lage ist super. 250m zum Whitebeach Station 3 sind echt gut. Man ist quasi direkt im Ortskern der Insel und kann von dort in wenigen Minuten zu allen Sehenwürdigkeiten reisen. Viele Läden zb Seven Eleven und Händler sind in der nähe, sowie eine Polizeistation auf dem Weg zum Strand Man wird zwar täglich von den Händlern angesprochen, aber wenn man nein sagt akzeptieren diese es und sind nicht aggressiv wie in Süd Europa oder der Türkei. Wer günstig auf Boracay möchte und das Zimmer nur als Zweck ansieht wird hier zufrieden sein. Die Zimmer werden nach Aufforderung gesäubert. Dh man entscheidet selber wann die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hat versucht alle wünsche zu ermöglichen.
−Man konnte quasi nur aus 6 (4 Philippinischen und 2 Amerikanischen) Frühstücksvarianten wählen. Dazu waren die Portionen schon recht klein (Torcino zb nur 1 Esslöffel, beim Amerikanischen Frühstück 1 Scheibe Toast 1 streifen Bacon und immer gleiche die Marmelade mit welcher man grade so das Toast bestrichen konnte.) Etwas mehr Varianten, oder 1 täglich wechselnde Option wären schon nett gewesen. Dazu vielleicht ein wenig mehr. Auf dem Zimmer hat eigentlich nur ein Wasserkocher gefehlt um sich mal selber Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten. Warm/Heiß Duschen ist möglich, aber der Warmwasser Boiler macht ehr nur einen Vorschlag mit seinen 3 Stufen :) Man duscht eigentlich ehr lauwarm, egal welche Stufe man wählt aber es ist ok Wir hatten das Glück eines der besseren Zimmer mit "Ausblick" zu bekommen. Wenn man Pech hat guckt man vor die Wand des Nachbarsgebäude welches sich 3m weiter befindet. Dazu kommen eigentlich die üblichen Problemchen der Phillipinen mit Schimmel, (lasst am besten das Licht im Badezimmer dauerhaft an damit dort der Ventilator geht und die Nässe dort nicht stehen bleibt und nutzt die Trocknungsfunktion der Klima um die Luftfeuchtigkeit klein zu halten.) und Insekten. +Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage war sehr zentral und nah am Strand. Die Dusche war warm.
−Wir konnten leider keine zweite Zimmerkarte bekommen. Die Balkontür war nicht so stabil und hat durch den Wind sehr gewackelt in der Nacht. Verbessern könnte man noch eine zusätzliche Nachttischlampe.
