«SHORT thank goodness»
+The location was great that's about all. This was my first apartment experience I will not be using Bookings.com AGAIN EVER UNLESS I HEAR FROM BOOKINGS.COM AFTER YOU READ THIS REVIEW
−The communication with the Apartment did not exist, I arrived at the Cohen Apartment the door was locked luckily I had the confirmation which had a phone number. I was with a person who spoke Hebrew so we were told to go next door to the supermarket they have the keys to the apartment it is not beyond the wit of man to send your prospective guest a welcome e mail to say when you get to the apartment go next door to the supermarket etc etc not difficult. The kitchen equipment in the apartment was AWFUL DREADFUL HORRIBLE yes i have photos I was fortunate that I was not planning to cook or entertain. On the morning of check out there was no water into the flat OK so not the owners fault it was a CITY problem but the owner knew of the water outage the least they could have done was to leave a few bottles of water on the door step so I could brush my teeth and make a cup of coffee The wi fi didn't work the owner/manager in the supermarket knew it didn't work when I asked about it he said give me your phone and he logged it on to another WIFI address it worked. The bathroom was far from clean NOT well maintained the crockery was a mish mash of odds and ends of plates nothing matched Cutl

+דירה חמודה במיקום טוב ובמחיר מעולה. הגענו קצת מוקדם והסכימו לנו להכניס את הדברים שצריכים קירור לדירה לפני קבלת המפתח, וגם להישאר עד צאת השבת ללא תוספת תשלום, ממליצים ממש בחום

«Smerig !!!»
+De locatie is perfect, midden in het bruisende Jerusalem en dicht bij de oude stad. Wel luidruchtige omgeving, maar daar kan de eigenaar niks aan doen. Appartement is goed geisoleerd, dus daar krijg je binnen ook niet veel van mee. Appartement was (leuk) ingericht als op de foto, maar wel iets kleiner.
−Het appartement was bizar vies. Alleen het water was schoon! Op bed(bank) zaten vlekken, haren in het beddengoed (alleen 1 laken beschikbaar voor bedbank), etensresten in koelkast, smerige vlekken in laden, op glazen, bestek, vloer, deuren en overal in badkamer. Poging gewaagd om mij te douchen, maar de handdoek stonk en ik zat onder de pluizen, dus nogmaals onder de douche en afgedroogd met kledingstuk. Partner en kinderen wilden daar echt niet douchen.

«Central spot a step away from shopping and transport and short walk to the Kotel or Machane Yehuda»
+Perfect central spot to visit all the sites in Jerusalem. A step away from the Light rail and the Ben Yehuda shopping district. 15 minute walk to the Western Wall. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. There was also an option for safe keeping of baggage as we had a late flight out of Israel

«Excellent location, helpful vendor, but make sure you book the one you want»
+The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the heart of the city and easy walking distance of everything you need. Is a little noisy with building going on close by, but that is not the vendors fault. The vendors (who dont speak English) were helpful as our flights in were delayed but they helped to ensure access was available.
−The apartment was very small, lack of kitchen equipment, no microwave etc. The photo's shown can be misleading as there are two types of apartments, and I thought I had booked the larger one. Also lack of cleaning, we had to ask for the bins to be emptied etc.

+When we arrived, the flat was not ready. We didn't get the flat we booked. The flat was made ready within 10 minutes, so it was not very clean. There was still a towel from the previous tenant in the drawer and the couch was stained. There was an old, used tablecloth in the drawer in the kitchen. All in all, it just wasn't really clean. The crowning glory was at the end, when the washbasin suddenly tore out of the wall bracket and I was just able to hold on to it at the last minute before everything collapsed. The location is very central, so the party noises are also very central. In this case, you pay more for the location than for the flat
