«The Coalshed is certainly different, very clean with a unique and very special ambiance.»
+Overall, very good location with good range of shops. We enjoyed the ‘ just out of city’ feel. A little walk in to the centre though it wasn’t too onerous.

«Unusual but funky hotel with comfy rooms»
+Big comfortable room, the pool table and table tennis and honesty bar, lots of nice touches like the granola cereal and tea, clean, nicely decorated and helpful staff.
−Small things like the shelves and coat hooks were not very stable, no windows and limited parking.

+Great communication before during and after. Easy check in, even though wet didn't arrive until almost 11pm! Exceptionally comfy beds and pillows. Powerful shower. The tea, coffee, granola etc left in our room was a real touch. Very good value for money. Perfect location for us before helping our son move into university halls. This will definitely be our go to places to stay whenever we visit him.

«Lovely stylish small hotel only let down by other guest.»
+Self check-in was simple, communication was clear and the room was very comfortable. Loved the style and facilities. Surrounding area is a little let down but there’s nice places to eat within walking distance.
−Rooms are opposite an active common space with kitchen and snack bar. My first night everyone was respectful and left by 10pm. Second night some guests thought it was fair to start playing snooker playing music at 1:30am.

«Disappointed. Would not stay again.»
−Noisy place with people playing music in the common areas at 1am while we were trying to sleep. No responsive customer service. They provided us with an emergency phone number that they did not answer. Would not go back and would not recommend it to anyone.

«A really cool, quirky place to stay - comfortable, fun and perfect for both adults and kids. We’d de»
+Such a cool place that appealed to both the adults and the kids! We loved the whole set-up and the rooms were surprisingly spacious, with everything we needed for our stay. The little extras were a really nice touch too, like tea, coffee and granola. It was a fun, different place to stay and perfect for the night before our flight.
−Honestly, nothing! We couldn’t fault it and would happily stay again. My kids are already asking me to book before our next holiday.
