+This hotel should be closed down. It is drug infested, prostitutes tried to solicit my husband. They had no towels. The shower was filthy, the floors were dirty, the room had a strong smell of smoke and even the sheets were dirty. They charged me a deposit which I have not received back yet. There was a fight on the balcony above us. The TV did not work and we had no hot water. There was a big concert in town so we could not change hotels. There were no more rooms available. They are not the kind of hotel that I expected to find on this website. I really want a refund.

«Great service, poorly represented porperty»
+The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Joey was particularly helpful with fixing some of our issues and had excellent customer service. The property itself was poorly represented online. The floor was sticky, the room reeked of bleach, there were bugs, everything was just slightly dirty, no comforter. Very overpriced for dirty accommodations.

«Last minute booking with a kind staff.»
+The staff was very curtious, and the place was so clean and smoke-free. I would definitely recommend this to people.

+Upon arrival, we were initially excited by the look, feel, and location. It seemed like a great choice for our stay, especially given its proximity to the Royals game we were attending. However, everything quickly took a turn for the worse once we received our keys. When we entered our first room assigned to us, we were shocked to find clothes lying on the ground and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was unclear whether the room was still occupied or had not been cleaned yet. We returned to the front desk and were promptly given a different room and an apology. The second room seemed fine at first glance, given that we were in a rush to leave for the game. However, after our return and a closer inspection, we discovered several issues. While the room was clean, the TV, sink faucet, and bathroom ventilation all were not working. The smoke detector had been taken off the wall and was placed on a table with its battery sitting on top of it. Given that it was around midnight when we returned to the room, we decided not to go back to the desk for, yet another room change and begrudgingly stayed for the night. In the morning, we reported these issues to the front desk staff during ch

+The hotel is located in a bad area and there are broken windows outside. We actually just drove by on the day we were to check in and I just felt unsafe. I called the property to cancel and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. So I called the app/agency I book through to handle it for me and they too were unable to contact anyone from the hotel to cancel for me. They're trying to get a refund for me or get half my money back at least because the hotel policies state that if you cancel or no show after the cut off time, you're charged for one night plus fees. Well I paid for multiple nights so I should be getting back some money. It has been 4 days and we still have not heard back from the hotel.
