«Perfect stay»
+Fabulous hotel and the best location for central Windsor. We saw the changing of the guard procession through Windsor just by stepping outside of the hotel.

+Very central to all amenities, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Rooms were very comfortable, beds absolutely the most comfortable we have slept in. The downside of the visit was the rooms were not cosy, as they were cold, especially early in the morning. We thought it might be to do with the recent refurbishment, but the receptionist informed us that a guest blew all the fuses on our floor messing with the electrics and the air conditioner wasn't working properly. Other than that an excellent hotel to stay in.

«We would recommend this hotel for a short stay.»
+It was right in town and a perfect location to walk the Main Street and gardens by the castle.
−The property was lovely however a little refresh in some areas is needed.

«Disaapointing, and will not repeat. I rebooked at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel for November»
+I love the Castle, and am there any months. Brilliant location and close to work, always lovely and nicely re-furbished.
−They downgraded my room to something impossible small, whilst charging me full price. Impossible to use bathroom - room 211 - and when you check in at 22:00 in the evening, it is not nice to have to try and change room. I did not, and a big crowd of people staying. But, i cancelled my 2-night stay in November as I will not have such a small and poor room again for that money. No hairdryer in the room either.
