«High price for low value.»
+Grounds were immaculate and room was clean. Pool was beautiful and tempting. Staff was friendly and helpful.
−Never got WiFi to work. Why make the password so wacky that guests can't use it. There was a foul smell coming from the water in the bathroom; like rotten eggs. Because of this, I held off on brushing my teeth for fear of some retched contamination and unhappy results. Very happy to leave and I wouldn't come back.

+The Budget Inn is a great deal for Paso Robles. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciate that it is very quiet and we always get a good night sleep. Location is great as we can walk to several restaurants.

+Unacceptable Cleanliness - Definitely Not Worth $227! My friend and I booked this hotel for one night while visiting Paso Robles. We wanted something budget-friendly and weren’t expecting luxury, but for $227 a night, we expected at least a clean and sanitary room. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. The bedding had visible stains, there was hair left on the pillows, and to make matters worse, we opened the refrigerator/freezer to find food that had been left behind by previous guests! It was clear that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or properly inspected before our arrival. I understand this is a budget hotel, but being budget-friendly should not mean sacrificing basic cleanliness and hygiene. At $227 for one night, this was completely unacceptable. We weren’t asking for luxury accommodations, just a clean, comfortable place to sleep. Finding someone else’s leftover food, stained bedding, and hair on the pillows made us question whether the room had even been properly cleaned between guests. I took photographs documenting the conditions. This was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here, especially at this price. Management seriously
