«Nice place with best host ever to discover NYC»
+The room was clean and had a nice bathroom with great shower. Own fridge and coffeemachine and a enormous tv. You can use all the equipment and stuff that is in the appartment (general use). Marcus, the host and owner, was very friendly and a great host. Reacts fast, makes you coffee and does anything to make you feel home. He stays in the appartment as well, but you only see him every now and then. And when you do, he takes all the time for a very relaxed chit chat. The room was on 10 minutes walk from two main metro stations. Also a bus station at the end of the street and good restaurants for take away food.
−Maybe we didn't read it right, but we didn't expect the appartment was shared wit others. In this case it was only Marcus, but there was another room where peolple coudl stay. Nevertheless, the bedroom with attached bathroom is all private and Marcus is a really nice and friendly host/ roommate to have around. He makes great coffee too! The location to get to Manhatten is great. Only 25 minutes by metro and a little walk. The neighbourhood itself was a little too 'rough' to our liking, but that is personal I guess. Same as downtown, for us it was too intense, but I know others love it. All and all, if you're looking for an affordable and nice place to discover New York we'd recommend this place. To be honest, to meet Marcus is already a reason to book this place. Marcus, thanks again!

«Wonderful weekend get-away in Brooklyn»
+We really enjoyed our stay at the Brooklyn Luxury Suite. Everything exceeded our expectations: Our hosts welcomed us upon arrival and were always accessible and ready for recommendations and great conversation. The off-street parking spot was a great bonus. Our room and bathroom were spotless as was the whole suite. It was also very quiet. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

+S pobytem jsme byli velmi spokojeni! Pokoj má dvě pohodlné postele, velkou televizi, menší lednici, kávovar a vlastní koupelnu s vanou, toaletou, ručníky a hygienickými potřebami. K dispozici je také Wi-Fi a pračka se sušičkou. Mohli jsme využívat i kuchyň s velkou lednicí a mrazákem, kde jsme si připravovali snídaně nebo večeři po celodenním poznávání města. Stanice metra Utica Avenue je přibližně osm minut chůze a cesta na Manhattan trvá kolem 45 minut. Asi 300 metrů od domu najdete řadu obchodů s potravinami i možnost koupit si kávu. Markus je příjemný a ochotný hostitel, který nám ve všem vyšel vstříc. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt a ubytování rádi doporučujeme!

+It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay - except an awning over the door to get out of the rain when trying to enter with bags - and unlock the door using two different keys.
−The property worked out well for us but I prefer a window I can look out of. Because of the lack of windows (there was one facing a back alley that nobody wants to look at) I personally felt a little claustrophobic. I didn’t even mind sharing the living room/kitchen space because Marcus made us feel very comfortable.

+La casa era molto accogliente, così come la nostra camera: grande e pulita, non mancava nulla. Avevamo anche un bagno privato e la possibilità di utilizzare tutti i servizi della casa (es: lavatrice e asciugatrice, cucina, salotto etc). Marcus è stato molto disponibile, risponde immediatamente a qualsiasi messaggio, ci ha aspettato sveglio per accoglierci nonostante il nostro arrivo a notte inoltrata e si è sempre mostrato gentile. Il quartiere non era in centrissimo, ma comunque collegato bene. Consiglieremo sicuramente questa struttura!

−Everything was fine but booking.com did not make it clear what we were reserving. We didn't realize we were getting a suite in a townhouse with another tenant.

+Verten Marcus var hyggelig og lett tilgjengelig. Han sørget for at vi fikk gratis parkering like utenfor leiligheten. Beliggenheten var utmerket og leiligheten med tilhørende fasiliteter var av god standard. Nabolaget Crown Heights er sjarmerende. Det er kort vei til NYC Subway og dermed enkelt å komme seg til Manhattan og andre bydeler i New York. Jeg gir mine varmeste anbefalinger til Brooklyn Luxury Suite.
−Nabolaget var sjarmerende og livlig. Det var lett å finne småbutikker med sen åpningstid og streetfood fra alle verdenshjørner. Jeg savnet imidlertid noen flere nabolagskafeer eller restauranter der det går an å sette seg ned. Det var mest streetfood med bestilling og levereing, og veldig fullt de få plassene det gikk an å sette seg ned og nyte maten.
