«Nice but could be better»
+Great beds, nice shower except for scalding hot water. Chair lifts were fun as well as the sky bridge.
−No microwave. Only one chair on balcony, no elevator, furthest from the parking lot, not very many places to eat. Indoor water park not open till the weekend. Kept stubbing my toe on the enclosed box supporting the bed. Scalding hot water in shower.

«Great stay for the price!»
+We liked every single detail of our stay. The staff was super polite from the second we arrived till the 2nd we left, the facilities were immaculate, and the rooms both my wife and I commented were the most comfortable hotel rooms we had ever stayed at. We will definitely be coming again and staying at the same place!
−There was not a single thing that we didn't like.

«Overall all great stay.»
−It seemed like people kept trying to enter our room randomly. If I didn’t have both locks, they would have entered.

«We will never use Booking .com again.»
−I chose rooms in the main Lodge and found out that Booking .com has fine print that says , they can give you any room they want. I also reserved rooms with 2 queen beds in each and they gave us rooms with 1 bed so we had to have them bring blow up mattresses that leaked. The facility they put us in was on 3rd floor with no elevators and we had babies with strollers so that was a major pain!! This is why we chose and paid for the main lodge as we knew the facility. We did not get what we paid for , very deceptive !!

«We had a great time and look forward to going back»
+The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I loved that the room had a microwave in it. Take the golf cart tour or the chair lift up both show you the beauty of the grounds!
−Everything closes so early. The breakfast buffet at the main restaurant in the hotel was not good

«We had a great time and will most likely return in another season, maybe fall or winter.»
+Breakfast was great, but pricy! We loved the chairlift and the SkyBridge! Everyone we met at the hotel was helpful, warm and generally fun.

«Staff did nothing to accommodate»
+The views
−The couch in my room was leather and the leather was pealing. The ice machine on my floor was out of service so it was very inconvenient to get ice. 2 curtains in my room were broken and hanging down. I ordered a blanket and it didn’t arrive till 9pm when my toddler was already asleep and by the time I answered the door, they were about to use their master keycard to get in my room, VERY inappropriate!! When I told the front desk about the issues, they just said “thanks for letting us know”. Did nothing about any of it. For the price you pay per night, this place should be in much better shape.
