+The experience was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The experience in the spa was unforgettable, very relexing and calming. Except a bad odor in the bathroom that was resolved promptly after I informed them.

+This was a terrible experience. I only spent one night at this hotel bc I had no other choice at 9pm. The next day I booked another hotel and left. I asked them for a refund and refused and o give me a refund. The initial room they gave was awful. They ended up giving me another room and that room and both bathrooms were clogged and flooded. In my several years of travel I have never experienced anything this bad. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Just not what they advertised themselves to be.

+My daughter’s birthday fell on January 10th while we were still at the hotel. The staff had a surprise deco and birthday cake for her… big enough for three of us, mom and dad included, to share. A very special moment!

«Bad communication between staff, Rooms needs»
+I like this hotel and have stayed a few times but there were a few annoyances this time around. The room had coffee but no kettle, there was also a weird smell coming from the bathroom. I paid for laundry service but did not receive my change before leaving the hotel and faced a lot of difficulty just explaining the situation. I joined a big event at the restaurant and won a prize from the spa. I was told to collect my prize at reception the next day. I did not receive my prize, the reception had no clue about the competition. Overall massive communication problems between staff, the restaurant and front desk at the hotel. Disappointing
