+I had a fantastic stay! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the location was perfect. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.”

«Decent hotel stay, but BEWARE of renting cars through management.»
−Decent hotel stay, but BEWARE of renting cars through management. While the hotel accommodation itself was satisfactory, I experienced an extremely unfair and stressful car rental situation arranged directly by the hotel manager, Erick. I rented a vehicle directly through Erick (who insisted on cash payment) and returned it to the designated hotel garage at 1:30 PM. Since no staff was in the garage to inspect the vehicle, I handed the key directly to the front desk receptionist upon checking in. Nearly 10 hours later, late at night, Erick sent WhatsApp photos of minor bottom-bumper scratches claiming I damaged it. When I repeatedly asked for the initial "before" rental video to compare conditions, he ignored the request completely. Instead, he resorted to threatening to call the police to pressure me into paying. Warning for future guests: Do not rent vehicles directly through management in cash. Do not leave the car at drop-off without a staff member physically inspecting and signing off on its condition in front of you. Be aware that management may use aggressive tactics rather than proper documentation if an issue arises.

«Everything You Need in the Heart of Old Yerevan»
+First of all a big shout it to Eric who welcomed us so nicely and in a welcoming manner. He was very friendly, gave us some tips about Armenia and also a bottle of local red wine and a nice souvenir. We indicated an 11am check in time with no expectations the room will be ready but then our schedule changed. Eric called to make sure everything is ok and we’re arriving because the room is ready for us so that was also very nice of him. The apartment itself is well equipped with everything you need - fridge, stove, utensils, closets, safe and much more. Place is also very clean and well furnished in my opinion. The location is perfect!! Right in the heart of Yerevan’s old city and the avenue that leads to the main attractions, shops and restaurants so everything is very short walking distance.
−The only 2 things I had an issue with, which that’s why I didn’t have it a perfect 10 rating, were: 1. The room location. Our type of room was happen to be right near the reception counter which didn’t provided a sense of privacy at times knowing there’s someone right outside your door. At certain times you could’ve also hear some chatter and talking outside the door but it’s wasn’t something serious. Just would be nice to know that in advance and maybe we would’ve chosen a different type of room. I will say that we mentioned that in the beginning to Eric and he said he’ll do he’s best to make sure there be minimal noise as possible which most of the time was true and we appreciated that. 2. Another small suggestion is adding an extra layer of mattresses covers, in addition to the sheets, for better hygiene and avoiding bed bugs (there weren’t any, of course, but just as a precaution since many people come and go).
