+The hotel is very cozy, big rooms, cleaning service exceptional. To note that they don't need to change the towels every day, we want to save the planet 😁 The breakfast is also good and you can get it rather late in the day which is excellent for those who travel from another time zone. They also organized the taxi transfer to the airport for me as I had to leave in the middle of the night
−The location is a bit remote, but otherwise very safe. If you use

−The hotel itself was okay, but the service was disappointing. I understand and respect the non-refundable policy, but the front desk was extremely slow to respond. We contacted them on check-in day about a cancellation issue, and they only replied the next afternoon. More importantly, they completely refused to communicate or discuss any possible solution, which was very frustrating. I accept the policy, but the slow response and unwillingness to even have a conversation made the experience much worse.

«Not Honest»
+nothing special
−booked this property based on rates on booking and very shock about!nothing good, booked for standard room based on photos i saw on the booking and when we arrived they told me they don't have that kind of room so they gave us another very ugly and small room, odor of toilet,no curtain for window and last room on third floor without elevator!the owners are very rude!no empathy!i said i can't sleep and i was booked for standard not economy type, they answered also this is standard !how is possible that two totally different types of rooms inside one category as name:standard?!how someone should know which kind of standard they give them??one should cost so much less than another one but they charge you the same!DON'T recommend this hotel very unsatisfied, the bed also was not comfortable,No!

«A quiet and comfortable stay before flying back home»
+The place was exactly as described. Spacious rooms, charming with cute red curtains. The owner of the place really put her heart into it and we felt it when we met her the second day of our stay. We were traveling with our 9yo daughter and the room that we booked was just the perfect size for the 3 of us with an extra bed. We’ve also tried the restaurant and had our last evening meal at the hotel. 👍 I totally recommend this place.
−There is nothing that we didn’t like. However if you are planning to be completely in the center of Yerevan keep in mind that you’ll have to walk around 20-25minutes to reach the heart of the city. This wasn’t a big issue for us as it was very convenient to book a taxi anywhere in Yerevan using the local apps.

+Design of the room
−Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and some of the high ratings were surprising to us. The location, for example, is rated very highly, but we found it to be far from ideal. It takes around 30-40 minutes to walk to the city centre, and the hotel is located on a small, somewhat hidden street. Getting a taxi can also be inconvenient at times. If you choose to walk, you have to follow one of the busiest roads in Yerevan, with very few pedestrians around, which does not make for a particularly pleasant walk. The bathroom in our room looked like it had not been renovated in many years. Although it was cleaned, there were still visible limescale marks and stains, and the ventilation was quite poor. Our room was on the first floor and had almost no natural light. The window looked directly onto the hotel's dining area and was partially blocked because it was located right behind the kitchen, where people were moving around during breakfast. This also meant that the room was very noisy in the mornings , we could clearly hear conversations, dishes being moved around, etc. In general, the hotel has poor sound insulation. The walls are not well insulated, so
