«Home away from home»
+The owners and staff were incredibly gracious, helpful, and hospitable and making us feeling at home at Accessible Penyaringan. The facilities are well-suited for anyone wheelchair bound as my girlfriend and I spent the week in recovery from an accident. The rooms are clean, fully equipped, and very tastefully decorated. A living room, kitchen, and pool were also privately accessible to us and made our stay very comfortable. We also had access to a disability accessible van via staff that made trips to the beach and elsewhere possible and very convenient. In over 18 months of travel and 80+ accommodations, our stay here was one of the most memorable and we thank Marshall, Feri, and staff for their hospitality.
−Honestly nothing

«Exceptional»
+We had a wonderful holiday at Accessible Penyaringan. We’ll be back for sure! The owners, Feri and Marshall, are genuinely kind, thoughtful, and professional. Feri described us as ‘her priority’ and she truly delivered on this. Feri asked questions to find out what would help to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, including organising amazing onsite massages. The pool was an ideal size, a beautiful temperature and very clean. The electric hoist worked really well. This is an example of well thought-through, truly accessible accomodation. Australian hotels would do well to learn from this place. Ramps, wide doorways, large accessible bathroom, mobile in-room hoist and commode chair, night lights with buttons near the beds and a very modern one-of-a-kind accessible van. The layout was perfect for our family of four, with two people in each self-contained room. There was plenty of space - our youngest loved the separate dining room with couch, big TV and cold filtered water on tap. We looked forward to breakfast every morning, especially Feri’s famous pancakes! We loved the traditional neighbourhood. Within walking/rolling distance there is a small s
