«Un excellent séjour à Azrou»
+Le personnel était très aimable et toujours disponible pour nous aider. L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tout, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. C’est vraiment le meilleur choix pour profiter d’Azrou et de ses environs

+Bien sitio, tranquilo y cómodo para poder descansar. Cocina amplia, gran salón marroquí. 1 habitación de matrimonio y otra de 2 camas individuales. Antas, sábanas y toallas. Dispone de menaje para cocinar. Omar, respondió rápidamente y nos atendió muy amablemente y muy educado. Incluso, me habló un poquito en español. Lo recomendamos. شقة جميلة و نظيفة لقضاء الوقت مع الأسرة تشعر كأنك في منزلك الحي جميل و الجيران محترمين و الأهم صاحب البيت السيد عمر لبق و جد محترم يتكلم بأذب و إحترامك و ينصحك بالأماكن الجميلة في المدينة و المطاعم الجيدة ، شكرا عمر 🙏

«Deludente, non lo consiglio»
+La gentilezza dell'host e la posizione comoda
−I servizi: abbiamo dovuto chiedere le lenzuola per fare da noi i letti, non ci sono state date le federe per i cuscini, non c'erano posate per tutti, vi erano solo 3 forchette di metallo e 2 di plastica una pure rotta segno che era già usata, non vi erano coltelli e ne il phon che abbiamo dovuto chiedere. Avevamo solo 3 sedie ma abbiamo prenotato per 5 persone.

«Excellent Personal Attention, but Services Need Improvement»
+Unfortunately, my experience with this room was very negative. First of all, the reservation was made for a different room than the one we were eventually given. After confirming the booking, the owner contacted me to inform me that the originally reserved room was not available due to a double booking, which is clearly unprofessional and very inconvenient for the guest. The television offered channels with very poor image quality, likely due to coverage issues, making it practically unusable. The towels did not meet the minimum standard expected in a rental accommodation: they were of different colors and materials, with no uniformity, giving the impression that they had been collected from different places and without proper care. The kitchen was very poor, equipped only with a gas stove in bad condition. In addition, there were no bed sheets on the beds; only blankets were provided, which appeared to have been previously used by other guests. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. There were also not enough pillows for the number of guests staying. Finally, the overall level o
