+The apartment was in a very convenient and perfect location, close to the historical center and the beach. The apartment was very clean, well set-up and comfortable. It has all utensils and items to easily prepare your own meals and was very close to many excellent restaurants. Francesca was very responsive, helpful and I'm about the area. It was a wonderful experience and we would happily stay here again.

«Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem geschmackvollen Häuschen direkt an der Altstadt von Scalea»
+Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die total geschmacksvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Das Häuschen hat einen tollen Garten mit exotischen Bäumen. Es ist fussläufig vom Strand ebenso direkt an der Altstadt. Perfekte Lage! Francesca und ihr Papa waren stets für uns da, unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend! Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen, konnten jederzeit in Kontakt bleiben. Francesca vermietet auch in Modena eine Wohnung für Urlauber. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder hier bleiben, wenn wir nach Scalea zurückkehren. Sie sind auch sehr tierlieb! Der Parkplatz war ebenso perfekt für unser Auto. Es waren wunderbare und entspannte Tage. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können es nur von Herzen empfehlen!

«Gut ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung»
+Die freundliche Vermieterin Francesca hatte im Vorfeld schon Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und uns Informationen übermittelt. Das Auto konnte überdacht im Innenhof geparkt werden. Die Wohnung war nicht modern eingerichtet, hatte aber ihr eigenes Flair. Alles war funktionell, die Betten waren bequem, die Küche voll ausgestattet, genügend Steckdosen, gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Hier wird auch Wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt, alles sehr positiv! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und können Sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
−Nebenan befindet sich zur Zeit eine Baustelle, diese hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen sind, die Wohnung war auch so gut isoliert, dass der Lärm weitestgehend ausgesperrt werden konnte. Vielleicht könnte man noch einen Kosmetikmülleimer im Bad aufstellen.

+The location of this house was perfect! We were able to walk to and through the historic section, which has the most beautiful old buildings. We were also able to walk to town, the beach and the restaurants (perfect for a 6:00 aperitivo and sunset)! Francesca and her father were absolute pleasures, responsive and very helpful!! The appartment was stocked with everyting you could possibly need! Our next trip to Scalea, we will most definatly be staying at The Lemon Tree House again! Thanks again Francesca and see you again!

«Had a wonderful experience. Will definitely rebook in future!»
+The entire upper floor was available to us. Spacious and completely private. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room, in great working condition: a must have if you happen to be here during a hot period. Bedrooms are large and refreshing with all the necessary storage space. The kitchen is spacious for the local standards, and fully equipped. The living/dining area is large enough to conveniently have meals at home. Refrigerator and freezer were cooling great; everything in there was cold and fresh to an American standard ;-) The halls and stairs were large and conveniently located. Lots of extra room to sit around or lay down things as necessary. The whole place was furnished with care, taste, and well maintained. Parking was private inside the property, gated and secure: very convenient in this area where parking can be difficult to find. Two parking spaces fully available to the guest. We found the owners extremely responsive and attentive; Francesca speaks excellent English and can communicate without any difficulty. She also provided lots of information and hints on what to do and visit in the area. Location is extremely central: lots of shops

+10/10 This was just amazing. It had everything you would need for self catering and then some. Location is right in the heart of the town. The host could not do enough to help us with everything.

+Alles sehr sauber. In der Küche ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, sogar Kaffeepulver und Spülmaschinentabs und ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, um die Spülmaschine vollräumen zu können. Man kann zu Fuß in die schöne Altstadt gehen. Zum Strand sind es auch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Nachts ist es absolut ruhig. Es gibt keine Kirchenglocken, kein Hundebellen und keinen Verkehrslärm. Man kann in Ruhe schlafen und in der Früh in der Morgensonne auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Perfekt.
