+Right in the centre of Haarlem, with a large window and the view into a beautiful street. Practical and clean.

+The location was
−There was no kitchen, washing machine or even cutleries in the property as advertised. It was impossible to get a response from both booking and the property. They refused to do a refund after a very gross misrepresentation advertised on booking.com

«Very good»
+Easy walk from shops and restaurants. Quiet pedestrian street. Handy to have a small fridge. Nespresso machine and capsules were great!
−We knew the studio would be small from the listing images, but the reality of being in that space did feel a bit confined at times. The bathroom, while modern, had an extremely small sink that was difficult to do anything other than wash your hands in, and the plumbing had a pump system that was rather noisy when water/urine entered it.
