«A good place to stay but could be better»
+We liked the location but the access was not too good We liked the accommodation but some areas need attention. The bathroom floor needs regrouting and the basin in the bathroom doesn’t drain. There was a missing tile below the basin which also needs attention.
−We would have liked a welcome pack with basic information on how to use the microwave and recycling etc. The view would be good but it is distracting to have vehicles including builders vans parked behind the property. We didn’t appreciate banging and drilling from the property next door at 8am on a couple of mornings.

«Good and met my needs.»
+I liked the view, that I could get in early, that I met the hostess who was very nice and could park right outside.

«Lovely place but beware of steps»
+Lovely comfortable property had everything we needed for 3 adults for 2 nights. The bed & sofa bed were comfortable to sleep on. The large slipper bath was a very welcome addition after hiking 20miles & climbing Pen Y Gent & Ingleborough. Pub in the village Masons Arms very friendly & lovely food.
−BEWARE of the 3 steep wooden steps inside the front door which are not on the pictures!! We got there late in the dark the lights are at the bottom of the steps & I nearly fell down them. No signage warning they are there. The next day we got back it was heavy rain. The front door mat was submerged in rain water puddling by the front door. My husband slipped on the top step and fell top to bottom hurting his back ☹️

«Nice space»
+Location was good, only 10-15 minute walk to the village centre. Pub 10 mins away.
−Not the cleanest place but ok. Worst thing was being woken both mornings by (we assume) the owners very noisy children at 0730. Not great when you just want to chill.

+Ruim appartement.
−Het was niet schoon. Keuken had een goede schoonmaakbeurt nodig, vooral de oven. In de douche schimmel onder aan de deur, afzuiging vies. Voegen kapot van de vloer. Terras kon wel een bezempje gebruiken, stoelen en tafel een doekje. En zoals bij 6 huurders hiervoor geen WIFI CODE. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn.

«Spacious studio in lovely location but could be better»
+Very spacious and very nicely decorated studio flat in a lovely location, 15 walk to village. Asda 5 mins walk away. Coffee, tea and milk sachets provided. Great to have a patio and view from that was onto a country road and hills beyond which was nice.
−Patio is not as advertised in pictures, was not brushed clean and dust was thick on the table which I cleaned before using. Patio chairs appear to be sprayed black as the dye came off these, could have been due to the high tempatures but not good. . View to hills from the French windows is very nice but picture on website is misleading as it suggests it is an unobstructed view when in fact you are looking onto the owners driveway where cars, works vans/lorries were and a caravan are parked. Frosted glass on bottom of window would improve this greatly and also provide privacy. No hand wash provided, an empty bablyis & harding bottle left by sink and dispenser on wall also empty. No shower gel. Fairy liquid and scrubber provided but no teatowel. No kitchen roll. Grout on bathroom floor needs fixed. No bin liner in kitchen and bathroom bins. Had to message for WiFi details. Most of these can be easily fixed with no or minimal cost and some have been noted in previous reviews.

+Location was good for the those wanting to explore Yorkshire Dales or doing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. Close to a pretty little town of Ingleton which has nice cafes, shops and a beautiful viaduct. Accommodation has a beautiful view of the Dales. Spacious enough for 4 people. Good facilities. Beautiful wooden furnitures for decor and plenty of beddings.
−Wasn't a big problem but we could do with an extra kitchen roll and also bathroom facilities (in particular shampoo and shower gel). The bathroom sink doesn't drain properly and I wasn't sure if there is a lever to help with drainage.
