«Spacious appartment with all the facilities required»
+This was defintely the largest appartment we haved stayed in during our holdiday in Madeira. It has its own seperated kitchen,bedroom,living room etc. There is also a laundry area,next to the kitchen, having a dryer and washing machines. We also loved the view from the large balcony overlooking the sea. However, do get here by car as otherwise you need to hike back and of forth to the main road,which might be bothersome. Thats why you get your own parking lot...super convenient! The beach, grocery stores and restaurants on the boulevard are just minutes away with car. We will come here again when revisiting Madeira!

«Gerne wieder!»
+Elisabete hat uns sehr herzlich mit Wein, selbstgemachtem Likör und Keksen empfangen. Sie war flexibel was die Check-in Zeit anging und hat sich Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären. Das Apartment war sauber, groß und hatte so ziemlich alle Küchengeräte die man gebrauchen könnte. Wenn man nicht viel Gepäck mitnehmen will, kann man auch direkt in der Wohnung Waschen und Trocknen. Besonders der Ausblick auf das Meer war einmalig. Elisabete hat uns außerdem Ausflugs-& Restaurant Tipps geschickt, was auch wunderbar war. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden.
−Die Einfahrt (vor allem von der Tiefgarage) war etwas versteckt und ziemlich steil, das scheint aber auf Madeira gang und gebe zu sein. 🙈🤭

«Pleasant stay with lovely view to the ocean»
+Quiet neighbourhood, some restaurants in walking distance. Apartment was very well equiped and had everything for preparing food and to connect your laptop to watch movies. Good WiFi. Lovely view!
−Had some trouble getting in the apartment, as for some reason we got only confirmation e-mail from booking.com but no check in information but in the end everything was okay. The hot water from gas heater is problematic as it does not turn on every time and you basically have 2 options - burning hot or cold, as it switches off at normal temperatures, so you have to be fast and shower in 30 seconds before it burns you or accept the cold faith :D Could use a bath but it takes very long time to fill. Need to be a good driver to get to the parking building and I would not recommend it for a big car as it was quite tight even for a smaller one. (You would probably get there but need to be perfect with your angles and maybe go back and forth some times with the big car)

+Uiteraard het uitzicht dat is echt adembenemend. De ondergrondse parkeergarage met afgesloten toegangspoort. Het weer was echt fantastisch we hebben alleen maar mooi weer gehad. De hospita is erg aardig en zorgt voor Madeira koekjes en Madeira wijn. Het is een groot appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Het viel mij op dat de muren en de plafonds recent gestuct zijn zag er erg netjes uit. Grote keuken en uitgerust met voldoende servies en bestek. Koken hebben wij maar 1 x gedaan maar ook toen viel mij op dat er genoeg pannen enz waren. Er waren genoeg blokjes voor de vaatwasser en twee voor de wasmachine.
−De lamp boven de tv veroorzaakt kortsluiting en de keuken verlichting werkt niet, er zou iemand komen maar wij hebben niemand gezien. Licht van het washok gebruikt. Wij hebben een bedlampje gepakt met een doek erover want de lampen zijn verder erg fel. Er waren niet genoeg schone handdoeken dus wij hebben de handdoeken uit de wasmand gewassen. De douche is voor lange mannen niet prettig hij kan niet versteld worden, niet hoog genoeg iig. Ook is hangt de douche schuin en krakkemikkig. Ik miste een schaar in de keuken en vaatdoekjes. De deur van de kleding kast klemt en loopt steeds uit de rail, wellicht helpt het de rail in te smeren met kaarsvet. Bed was wat hard maar dat is persoonlijk.

+Die Lage sowie der Ausblick auf den Atlanik war wunderbar. Ruhig gelegen, Tiefgarage, Pool. Die Kommunikaton mit der Gastgeberin war sehr einfach und sehr unkompliziert.

«Fantastic choice!»
+A very nicely furnished apartment. It has everything you need for a pleasant vacation. The apartment is very well located (considering the uneven terrain of Madeira, of course). You can walk to three restaurants :-) The pool, underground parking - everything works great. Elisabeta is a fantastic host, quickly responding to questions, offering advice and assistance. A truly recommendable apartment.

+The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! Everything was perfect - the apartment is beautiful, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly hope to come back here again someday with great pleasure.
