«Modernen, gut ausgestattetes Apartment in zentraler, trotzdem ruhiger Lage mit angemessenem Preis»
+Die Anreise ins Apartment erfolgt zwar nicht persönlich (Schlüsselkarte liegt in eine Schließfach mit Zahlencode), aber unsere Vermieterin Fida hat uns im Vorfeld der Anreise bereits mit zahlreichen Informationen zum Apartment u. vor allem zur Parksituation + Anreise informiert. Da das Apartment mitten in der schönen (Alt)Stadt Koroni liegt, ist das Parken etwas schwieriger, gerade in der Hauptsaison (wir waren im August dort). Wir haben meistens auf dem Parkplatz der Schule geparkt, der im Sommer dafür freigegeben ist. Fußweg zum Apartment ca. 5-7 Minuten. Nur 1 Minute entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man alles nötige bekommt, auch Brot für das Frühstück. In ca. 5-7 Minuten erreicht man einen Bäcker. Auch Hafen mit vielen Restaurants u. Bars ist in wenigen Minuten, allerdings über viele Treppen erreichbar. Es gibt aber auch einen längeren Weg ohne Treppen dorthin. Trotzdem ist das Apartment sehr ruhig gelegen in mitten der Stadt. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr schön u. gut geschnitten, großer Wohn-Essbereich mit offener Küche, kleines aber absolut ausreichendes Schlafzimmer. Sehr modernes Badezimmer. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insb. was die Küche anbelangt. N
−Wir haben keinerlei Kritikpunkte nur einen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Wohnung ist erfreulich hell u. mit sehr vielen Lampen ausgestattet. Das kennen wir von manchen Apartments im Urlaub durchaus anders. Schön wäre für den Wohnbereich aber eine dezenter leuchtende Lampe, wie ein Steh-oder Tischlampe, wäre etwas gemütlicher. Was man noch wissen sollte, der Wasserdruck schein in Koroni scheint ein generelles Problem zu sein. Das Haarewaschen, insb. bei langem Haar kann eine erhebliche Herausforderung werden. In der Küche klappt das allerdings ganz gut.

«Convenient Koroni Hill Stay»
+Very spacious living/dining area. New kitchen with everything needed for meal prep. Lovely balcony with seating. Easy access with the card. Modern bathroom design and decor. Very nice sofa im the living area.
−Bed/bedroom was quite small for 2 adults. Very low water pressure. Noise from apartment above could be annoying at times. Apart from the sofa, most of the furniture seemed cobbled together and very mismatched. Would be better to just add a simple, modest dining table and chairs set. The woolen pillows in the front room were also a bit scratchy. Perhaps again a simpler more Greek themed scheme would improve it.

«Très bonne adresse sauf pour la pression de l’eau.»
+L’emplacement est idéal. Tout se fait à pied: le village, le port, les courses, la plage. La literie extra. Décoration et balcon agréables.
−Le débit de la douche est minimaliste ( cheveux longs s’abstenir), de même pour le wifi. Mais tout le reste est vraiment de qualité.

«ΚΟΡΟΙΔΙΑ»
−Στην σελίδα του boοking δεν υπάρχει ΚΑΜΙΑ επισύμανση πως το limonospito αποτελέιται από δύο κατοικίες. μία μεγάλη και μία πολύ μικρότερη και διαφορετική , που δεν ανταποκρίνεται στα χρήματα που ζητά η ιδιοκτήτρια. Οι φωτογραφίες που έιδαμε και ήταν αναρτημένες στην σελίδα του booking, αφορούσαν το δεύτερο διαμέρισμα στον 1ο όροφο με την ωραία θέα με τις δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με το μεγάλο καθιστικό, με αυλή, και αποδικνύεται ότι είναι παραπλανητικές για τους υποψήφιους ενοικιαστές. Βλέποντας αυτές τισ φωτογραφίες νοικιάσαμε το σπίτι, ενάμιση μήνα πρίν, και προχώρήσαμε στην κράτηση και στην πληρωμή. Δυστηχώς όταν πήγαμε διαπιστώσαμε ότι παραπληνηθήκαμε. Το σπίτι δεν ήταν αυτό που έιδαμε. Πλέον δεν μπορούσαμε να βρούμε κάτι άλλο και αναγκαστηκαμε να μέινουμε. Εγινε άμεση επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια η οποία πορσπαθούσε να μας πέισει πως στισ φωτογραφίες έχαι και από μικρό άσχετο σπίτι, (υπάρχει μια ή δύο φωτο στο τέλος τησ παρουσίασης). Ενώ αναφέρει πωσ η TV είναι smart ΔΕΝ υπήρχε συνδση με κεραία ΠΟΥΘΕΝΑ και αναγκαστήκαμε να αγοράσουμε μία εμείς. Θεωρούμε ότι εξαπατηθήκαμε και από την Booking δίοτι έχετε υποχρέωση για επιτόπου έλεγχο ΟΛΩΝ των καταλυμάτων που προωθείται/ διαχειρίζεστε

+LimonoSpito was a little gem in the heart of a beautiful place, which definitely exceeded our expectations. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, the apartment was very comfortable and clean, with all kinds of accomodations. We particularly enjoyed the pretty balcony with the a hint of view of the sea!

+Fida was a responsive host and responded to messages promptly both prior and during stay. Immaculate apartment and very clean with new modern bathrooms and appliances. Close to both town and Zaga beach. Couldn’t fault the apartment at all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
