+Apartman je udaljen oko 300 metara od najbliže plaže i šetališta. Besprekorno je čist, sa dve prostrane spavaće sobe, ogromnom trpezarijom i potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, ali njegova najveća prednost je velika terasa sa spektakularnim pogledom na Kotor i zaliv. Smeštaj ima privatan parking. Domaćini su izuzetno ljubazni i odgovoriće vam na svako pitanje u vezi prevoza, restorana, plaža i lokalnih znamenitosti. Svakog jutra smo dobijali sveže smokve i divlje kupine, a jedne večeri su nam čak pripremili i grilovanu ribu.
−Ako dolazite automobilom, morate uzeti u obzir da je ulica prilično strma i jako uska, zato budite pažljivi.

+Apartman nema mane, sve je novo i čisto. Sve ono što vidite na fotografijama sačekaće vas u apartmanu. U frižideru nas je sačekalo razno piće dobrodošlice, a svako jutro smo dobijali svježe smokve i kupine. Već duže godina ljetujemo u Crnoj Gori ali ovako divnu porodicu nismo upoznali. Oni su svojim gostoprimstvom doprinijeli da ovo bude jedno divno i nezaboravno ljetovanje za našu porodicu.

«Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des monténégrins !»
+Nous avons adoré le propriétaire, sympa et avenant. Disponible tout le temps et nous a ramené à chaque fois des petites attentions (figues, pains, boissons etc) Nous recommandons ce logement pour son emplacement pour Kotor ainsi que sa vue sur les montagnes.

«Duży przestronny lokal, taras, super gospodaż oraz biskość wielu atrakcji turystycznych.»
+Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy. Blisko do zatoki oraz miejsc kąpielowych, szlaków turystyki pieszej oraz miejsc z niesamowitymi widokami. Do Kotoru można przejść się pieszo 40 min. Nowy czysty lokal z klimatyzacją i bardzo dużym tarasem. Właściciel przywitał nas poczęstunkiem i nie zapominał o nas w czasie pobytu. Polecał lokalne atrakcje miejsca i sposoby komunikacji. Do najbliższej plaży 3 minuty pieszo - lokalna wysypana drobnymi kamyczkami z umocnionym nabrzeżem.

«Super appartement met uitzicht en moderne inrichting.»
+Fantastisch terras met uitzicht. Prima slaapkamers, 1 met airconditioning. Super aardige host. We kregen bier, sir, burek etc.

«Superbe vue sur la baie»
+La vue sur la baie de Kotor et la forteresse le soir 🤩 La propreté du logement La gentillesse de l'hôte qui maîtrise très bien l'anglais, de très bons conseils Les petites attentions à notre arrivée et même ensuite (les boissons fraîches au frigo 👍 le propriétaire habite juste en dessous) La climatisation La place de parking dédiée (indispensable dans le secteur) La supérette en bas et la boulangerie pas très loin (env.10mins de marche) Le bus juste en bas pour visiter aux alentours (1.50€/personne) Le logement est très récent il manque quelques détails pour être parfait.
−La cuisine est très jolie mais manque cruellement d'ustensiles, pas de verres à vin, pas de bols, pas de passoire....et rien à dispo pour faire par exemple une salade (huile, vinaigre, sel,poivre....) Pas de parasol, la terrasse est superbement exposée mais par 33 degrés c'est compliqué Aucun produit d'hygiène à disposition si ce n'est un savon liquide pour les mains.

«Exceptional»
+The apartment is located in Prcanj about 200 meters from the main road and the nearest beach. The hosts greeted us and gave us all tips about all the facilities and how to get around in the holiday season. They were very helpful during our stay. Air conditioning is powerful. The view from the terrace is seductive.
−Roads in the neighborhood are quite narrow .

«Lovely spacious flat with stunning views and excellent hospitality»
+The flat was big, comfortable and had a beautiful view from the terrace across the bay. It was clean and modern, and had everything you might need, with a full kitchen, outdoor seating, free parking & a comfortable bed. The wifi was extremely fast - I had to work online while I was there and had no issues whatsoever. We stayed here as a base to visit Montenegro from, and it was perfect for this, and nice to be in a peaceful part of the bay instead of the main towns! There are a couple of coffee shops, a bakery and restaurants all within walking distance too.
−We had a small car so it was not a problem for us, but the road up to the property is quite tight/narrow and steep - if you were coming in a bigger car or van it might be difficult to reach!

+Nice view, very kind and helpful host, close to the sea, parking
−It is not that we didn’t like but some information that might be helpful for somebody. There are no conditioners in the bedroom, only one in the kitchen, but if you sleep with open door it is enough not to suffer from the hot temperature. And another small thing os that there os mo any mirror in the apartment (except bathroom mirror)
