«Well equipped comfortable apartment with a few minor niggles.»
+Good sized comfortable apartment with a few minor niggles. Netflix account included which is great. Also love it has dishwasher and washing machine. It's also very quiet, particularly the bedrooms which face the back of the property. Location is fine easy reach to rest of Northumberland coast and supermarkets within 10 minute drive. The question for me is always would I look to book again and in this case yes I would.
−Much like the majority of properties in the UK I find the late check in times and early check outs extremely irritating. As someone who travels extensively the norm everywhere else seems to be 2pm check in and 12 check out, so I do feel like we are being shortchanged in the UK. That said, Sue agreed to let us check in at 3 rather than stated 4pm. The other issue are ones that seem to pop up in virtually every review. Lack of simple essentials, no coffee, a couple of tea bags, no salt and pepper, no shower gel or bathroom soap on arrival, no dish cloths in kitchen. Again, host sent dish cloths and hand gel but other items still missing. Tap to bathroom sink is loose and also very difficult to turn off completely. The toilet itself is loose. These appear to be a reoccurring issues with the cleaners and a lack of general maintenance.

+Location was fab, the place was tidy, the contact was helpful.
−There was not enough loo roll for 3 people for 3 nights so we had to buy more. There was also no cloth in the kitchen which would have been handy. Luckily we didn't use anything more than tea cups so managed.

+This ground floor flat was in a very quiet area and the parking space is good. There is everything you need for a fuss free stay. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was fresh. This flat is spacious and both bedrooms are a fair size. Lots of lovely hot water with a bath and shower are available. Gas hob, fridge and microwave available. Cleaning cloths, spray and washing up liquid was in the cupboard as well as washing powder. It was very convenient for the bus stop and Ashington town centre, is not far away. A large Asda is in the town and a Tesco express within walking distance.Lots of attractions close by and Newbiggin by the Sea is a delightful bay that is only 3 miles away. We had an enjoyable stay . −One particular tap on the bathroom sink was moving about and hard to turn off. There is quite a lot of traffic noise certain times of the day. But if you live down south the traffic is minimal in comparison. This is at the front of the building. The bedroom windows are hard to open and close. I didn't like pulling and pushing them hard..

+We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The place was spotless, very well maintained, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The location was great, with easy access to local amenities and transport. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient throughout, and everything was well organised. Overall, a very enjoyable experience - we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay.
−The sofa bed was quite soft and not very comfortable for sleeping.

«Good value for money»
+Good location. Allocated parking with instructions to ensure we parked in the right place. Flat was clean, tidy & comfortable. Very quiet area & no noise from any neighbours.
−Could do with more waste bins, especially in the bathroom area. Also, floor cloths/mop would be good to clean up spillages. Unusual to not have kitchen essentials, such as dish cloth & kitchen towel.
