−When I arrived, it took about twenty minutes for anyone to answer the door or phone. The room was not ready despite me arriving towards the end of my pre-agreed time slot, and they sent me away. when i did arrive again they gave me a room that did not fit the description and had to complain to get the right room. The room itself was not cleaned to a great stranded with rubbish on the window seal.

+The accommodation met basic needs
−1. It was difficult to locate the apartment as the house number was on the door at the side. It is difficult for a new person to walk to the back of the house looking for the house number, it may be regarded as trespassing. Just try and put number 126 on the front door of the sitting room. 2. I got to the apartment about 2hours after the time I indicated that I would check in but the room was not ready. I had to wait like another one hour plus before it was ready.

+We arrived early as we had an event to attend and they made sure we were able to check in early so that we didn’t miss being able to get the key as we were back late evening.
