«Worse stay of my life»
+Location was ideal bus stop litterally outside the door
−Ants infested in the bathroom and host refuses to acknowledge that. Couldn’t charge our phones at all And host claims it’s our phones that’s the problem but they charge fine elsewhere. Loud neighbours Who blare there music til 11pm ish. Directly outside the property sat on the wall outside the main window. So if you like being bitten and loud music and haven’t got a phone this place is ideal for you otherwise avoid

+The only good thing was the air condition.
−Me and my friend booked a night at Gratia Studios, we arrived at the property and phoned the owner to ask about the key she told us to open the lock box with the pin. I asked her in which flat we are staying and she told us in Studio 1. When I opened the door it was not the same studio flat that was on bookings. We went inside and it was full of cobwebs and spiders, a dirty quilt, and a dirty bathroom. There was also items in the bathroom left from the previous guests which should have been thrown away. The hot water tank was leaking every time we switch in on to heat the water. Also WIFI was not working. We phoned the owner to tell her about the studio flat , at first she ignored us then after sometime she answered the phone and told us that she will check if the other studio flat is available. She told us that is not available and offered us a refund and we leave or she can send the maid to clean our flat. Since we didn't have anywhere to go we told the owner that she can send the maid to clean the flat. The maid cleaned a little bit the bathroom and dusted behind the bed spending only 5 minutes and left. We phoned the owner to tell her about it and she kept ignored our calls. So
