«Avoid!»
+We had an intruder in the middle of the night! We have complained to both the accommodation and Booking . Com and have heard nothing! They got into the room by the key code outside the door there’s no lock on the inside so at 5am a bloke walked in on 2 women sleeping! They had promised to look into it with immediate urgency and check the cctv and heard nothing! Avoid

+Big apartment with separate rooms for kitchen/bathroom/lounge/bedroom In the centre of flitwick Tea bags we’re in the cupboard
−The shower hose had a hole so squirted water out of the side making it difficult to shower The fridge had not been cleaned The electric door code was not easy to use and we had no key.

+The flat was lovely and plenty of space any questions I had were answered quickly plenty of parking spaces
−It wasn’t very clean dust and cobwebs everywhere the fridge wasn’t clean. The sofa bed is not comfortable and with the busy road outside didn’t get much sleep

+Absolutely perfect for what I needed, clean, modern, tidy and plenty of space. Catching up with old school friends so was good to have the space to catch up with them in a separate living area/kitchen.
−See below I’m not the type to moan at all. I stayed from Friday - Sunday. Saturday evening it was absolutely rife with loud/irriating youths that had booked an apartment in the same building. Lots of “balloons” slamming of doors ALL night. I understand the location next door to 2 pubs but the smell of weed and balloons going off in all hours was too much. Rubbish all over the common areas of the building(including drug usage) and as I say constant slamming of the doors all hours. Take that away the property itself was perfect in every way from cleanliness, modern & has everything you need.

«Functional but unloved»
+Good communication before booking with swift helpful responses from the staff to any queries. This continued during the stay with questions answered quickly. Beds were clean and relatively comfy, shower facilites were good. Enough toiletries provided for a short stay. Kitchen had required appliances . New fan provided as previous fan faulty Great to have free parking on-site Central location
−After staying in Flat 4 previously, we were disappointed with Flat 1. It is functional but seems neglected and untended. It is in need of some maintainence and TLC (plus a good clean in some areas). Living room furniture not comfortable and couch looking tired and worn. Kitchen wasn't very clean, fridge and surfaces needed a wipe down plus dirty frying pan in the cupboard. When says towels provided, I would expect this to include all towels for the property. Bath towels were provided (1 each) but no hand towel for the bathroom or teatowel for the kitchen. Limited crockery (not enough if full occupancy) Pillows flat and lumpy, no mirror in the bedroom or anywhere else that would have been useful for getting ready. Only mirror in the bathroom where appliances can't be used. Serviceable if only need somewhere to rest your head and planning to be out most of the time, but wouldn't be suitable to spend much time in. Just appeared a bit forgotten about and sad.

−This property was supposed to have three single beds and a sofa bed, what I actually got was a double bed and a partial single bed (duvet was without cover) no additional bedding was provided other than two pillows, minus pillow cases along with a dirty old duvet, minus cover. The contact numbers provided, one didn’t work, the other didn’t get answered. I chose not to stay as there was three of us and only one bed. I tried to make contact for a refund, but seems they don’t answer emails or messages.
