+Very nice hosts. Very clean. Pleasant landscaped yard. It's a self contained house with 1 bedroom. There is a second unit behind but it was not occupied during our stay. It is 3 blocks north to the beach and 9 blocks west to the start of the Malecon. Easy to walk to local convenience stores, markets, laundry and restaurants. We were here one month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

«I don't like to leave a negative review but...»
+I really thought I would like the place but there was a very bad surprise waiting.
−Thought the place was as pictured, after it rained there was a very strong stench of dead animals on the property. If you have ever passed by an abattoir, then you know the smell. Now imagine trying to live in the center of it. The smell was so bad it made me sick, headache and vomiting. I had to leave for my health after the first night; customer service did not answer in the 24hrs as it says on the app. The owners claimed there was no smell, so there was no refund.

+The house and garden are very nice in a quiet neighborhood. Fresh tortillas & bakery, laundry and several spots to eat are just a just a 5-10 minute walk.
