«A lovely stay in Ancona in a beautiful apartment in the centre of town»
+This is a lovely spacious apartment in a great part of town - close to the centre but very quiet at night. there are lots of lovely restaurants nearby across the whole price range and good supermarkets, bakeries and Pizza Places. the apartment is spacious and very comfortable and well equipped. The Host is very responsive and easy to deal with.
−I only have one minor thing - as a UK person a kettle would be handy to make tea. There was a Nespresso machine and lots of capsules for coffee drinkers

+Apartament ma świetną lokalizację. Blisko do centrum i zabytków oraz blisko do plaży. Wszędzie można dojść na piechotę. Niedaleko jest też do przystanku autobusowego, z którego można dostać się na plażę Mezzavalle czy do Portanovo. Mieszkanie czyste i przyjemne. Posiada wszystko co potrzeba. Brakuje tylko WiFi

+Dejligt tæt i gåafstand til centrum med masser af restauranter. Dejligt med privat parkering og Marco er meget hjælpsom med alt og svarer meget hurtigt på sms.

+La casa era spaziosa e veramente ben tenuta e pulita. Il proprietario è stato super disponibile e ci ha elargito consigli su spiagge e posti carini da visitare. Consigliato!

«Très bel appartement idéalement situé pour profiter d’Ancone»
+L’appartement est spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé, dans un quartier calme, entre le Passeto et le centre-ville, avec de nombreux commerces à proximité. Le parking privé est un vrai plus, mais les bus facilement accessibles permettent également de visiter la région du Conero sans utiliser la voiture. Même si nous n’avons pas rencontré Marco, la communication via WhatsApp était très fluide et nous avons bien apprécié les suggestions de visites et de restaurants/cafés/glaciers! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce bel appartement.

+We highly recommend Civico11. It is a very comfortable apartment, equipped with everything needed to feel right at home; the location is close to both the city center and the beach, yet the area remains quiet and peaceful. The owner, Marco, is very helpful and welcoming,we felt truly well looked after. We hope to return!

+Bardzo czytelna instrukcja odbioru kluczy. Idealny kontakt z właścicielem obiektu. Na nasze pytania odpowiadał niemal bezpośrednio. Mieszkanie znajduje się w idealnym położeniu, w pobliżu można znaleźć pełno miejsc gastronomicznych. Były zapewnione kosmetyki, żelazko, ręczniki oraz suszarka do włosów. W mieszkaniu znajowały się wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia.

«La mejor experiencia en Italia. Marco un Nº10.Gracias!!»
+Marco se puso la 10 (como decimos en Argentina), tuvimos un problema con el tren y nos esperó personalmente para entregarnos las llaves, nos consiguió un transfer para ir a conocer el pueblo de mis ancestros; nos reservó la playa para que nos relajaramos. Una persona que no creemos podamos encontrar en otro sitio así de gentil, disponible y generoso de su tiempo. Lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos y llegamos allí porque otros amigos ya habían estado. Una maravilla de lugar y de persona.
