+Titre : Appartement correct, mais gestion et communication très insuffisantes Avis : L'appartement était en lui-même correct et ne posait pas de problème de propreté ou d'aménagement. Malheureusement, mon séjour a été gâché par la gestion de l'hôtesse. Coupures d'électricité. Pendant mon séjour, il y a eu des coupures de courant répétées. Elles étaient assez gênantes pour que je doive écourter mon séjour. Disponibilité et communication. L'hôtesse n'était jamais présente et ne répondait pas au téléphone quand c'était nécessaire. Je n'ai pas obtenu de solution pour les coupures.

+Days before my arrival, I was in communication with the host and made her to know that I would be arriving late. She sent detailed instruction of how to get to the location, including ways of accessing the keys in the lockbox.
−The host could not provide any address for the property. According to her, I would have to give the direction she gave to the driver to get to the property. I was fortunate to get a Driver that gave me access to wifi hotspot and so was able to communicate with the host. The taxi driver could not locate the apartment building and so called the host on whatsapp and she spoke in French and the driver was eventually able to get me to the property. I had assumed that my worry was over when I was at the property, but it just started. At this time, the taxi driver with wifi hotspot had left and so could no longer communicate with the host. Then I tried to access the keys in the lock box and was unable to do so. The Security Guard could not do so either, and so tried to call the Host on the mobile but went to voicemail. I tried every possible method and was not successful and the host could no longer be reached. Thank God, one of the residents in the Apartment Building was going out and I had to plead to allow me use its wifi to call the Host but she did not pick the call. And then the resident of the Building helped me to open the lockbox. Without this person's help, there was no way I wo

+I like the self-check in. When I entered the house, I was like ‘WOW’ It was well decorated. I appreciate the attention to detail. The kitchen was well-equipped, everything that I needed was there. The small touches that make you feel welcome, there was Bisap in the fridge, some fruits in the basket in the coffee nook. My stay was just unforgettable and comfortable. I didn’t want to leave as I was just enjoying my stay.
