«Sperlonga is magical and Stella&Tony are the BEST hosts I've ever had in years of short-term renting»
+Stella, the host, was absolutely wonderful, with unending generosity and consideration! She and her husband made everything seamless, and even happily provided us with transportation when we were stuck. They sent us pictures and recommendations for the area. The place was SPACIOUS, clean, quiet, and beautiful. We had everything and more. They made us feel relaxed and welcomed from the very start. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about our hosts and our experience in this magical town! Hands down, the BEST hosts I have ever had in the decades of staying at short-term rentals. Stella, you're an absolute gem!!!

«Come sentirsi a casa!!!»
+Cosa posso dire....casa enorme e tenuta benissimo, ci sono tutti i comfort, e tutto ciò che è necessario per una vacanza. Sono disponibili anche le bici. Si vedono dei tramonti spettacolari. Per non parlare di Stella, è la ciliegina sulla torta.Una padrona di casa perfetta, disponibile, solare, gentile. Torneremo sicuramente perchè quando ti senti a casa, non puoi non tornare!

«Un soggiorno meraviglioso, grazie di cuore!»
+Siamo stati davvero benissimo a Casa Noemi! La casa è semplicemente bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, pulitissima e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per sentirsi subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Stella & Tony, due persone davvero fantastiche e dal cuore grande. Ci hanno accolto con una gentilezza e un’ospitalità che non dimenticheremo. Non ci hanno fatto mancare assolutamente nulla e sono sempre stati disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, cercando in ogni modo di rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole e confortevole possibile. È raro trovare persone così disponibili, premurose e sincere. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati, non come semplici ospiti, ma come amici. Consigliamo Casa Noemi senza alcun dubbio e speriamo di poter tornare presto! ❤️ Grazie ancora di cuore a Stella per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così speciale!

+Casa Noemi ist eine liebevoll geführte Ferienwohnung auf einer Gemüseplantage. Stella und ihr Mann sind hervorragende liebevolle Gastgeber, die stets helfen und versuchen den Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich schön zu machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen schönen Details wie beispielsweise dem E -Piano. Die Wohnung verfügt über mehrere Balkons/Terrassen. Somit kann man sich immer aussuchen, ob man in der Sonne oder im Schatten sein möchte. Alles ist liebevoll bepflanzt. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Sowohl das Städtchen Sperlonga als auch die vielen darüberliegenden Strände sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Perfekt, um in der Natur zu entspannen und abends einen kleinen Ausflug in die Stadt zu machen. Vom Apartment aus kann man auch Rom und Neapel bequem und günstig mit dem Zug erreichen. Vielen Dank, liebe Stella für all deine tollen Tipps. Wir kommen gerne wieder

«Relax,natura e nuove gradite conoscenze»
+Struttura grandissima, curata anche nei dettagli,con tanti servizi; persino la lavatrice! In parole povere non è un semplice B&B ma una casa vacanze in cui abitarci tutto l'anno. Molto apprezzato il posto auto e le biciclette gratis! Ma la vera differenza sono Tony e specialmente Stella con la sua accoglienza,gentilezza e dedizione per gli ospiti. Per Stella non è solo lavoro ma passione pura! Dal primo istante non ci siamo sentiti solo ospiti ma amici. Grazie di tutto ragazzi.

«Tolle Unterkunft»
+Die Wohnung ist super groß mit einem Balkon zu jeder Seite mitten in den Gewächshäusern nah zum schönen Strand. DasHighlight ist Stella mit ihrer liebevollen Art. Wir durften sogar italienisch Kochen zu ihrer kommen und mit ihrer freundlichen Familie zum Abend essen. Herzlichen Dank!

«Unico e indimenticabile»
+Tutto assolutamente tutto. La posizione unica, con vista lago e mare è stupenda, il silenzio e la tranquillità che la avvolge sono impareggiabili. La giusta distanza da Sperlonga, dalle spiagge e dai siti più interessanti della riviera di Ulisse. La host Stella, è lei che fa brillare quel posto e lo rende unico, accogliente e indimenticabile.
