„Beautiful but our room was noisy“
+Beautiful interior, the food in the restaurant was good, and the staff was helpful though few spoke any English (not a complaint, just an observation).
−The door to our room was opposite the door into to the upstairs kitchen. We were awoken most mornings around 6:45 to the sounds of clanging mixing bowls, loud conversations, and the radio playing. We asked to move rooms but the concierge instead went up to tell the staff to be more quiet. That lasted about an hour.

„Very expensive for all the extra charges and made us pay for their mistakes!“
+Overall it was a clean and nice room.
−We had a very rough experience with this stay! The location was off the beaten path from the city center. We went out at night and the restaurant closes early so they lock the doors. We had to wait for a good amount of time for someone to come help us get in and it felt like it was a chore to do so. When we were leaving we had one of the worst experiences. We checked out of our room and we were waiting for our car. It was about 30 mins and the manager comes out to us and starts speaking Spanish to my significant other asking him to come back inside. The manager stars accusing us that we had stolen a robe from the room. Which we had not done because none of used the robe and definitely didn’t have the room to take the robe with all the goodies we had bought. He said we need to pay for the robe and can’t let us leave. Charging us $50 for a robe that we never took. When getting to the hotel I had signed all the paperwork one was being a checklists of all the items in the room, note that we hadn’t seen the room at this point so I just assumed everything would have been there in the first place. We didn’t look in the bathroom if there was a second robe. It felt like they had set us up t
