«Exceptional value for the price.»
+Exceptional value for the price. Basic rooms with cable tv & mini-fridge. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I requested a room near the front and they gave me exactly what I wanted. It’s also a stone’s throw from Wegman’s where you can order Pizza and hot food. CVS is also a short walk away.

+The location is good. Easy to find ‘coz it’s near the highway. The room is clean and the space is good enough except for one minor thing.
−The location; the lobby looks clean, you can tell from the sofa. And easy accessible to the dining. The breakfast served is also good. Plenty to eat unlike the 2 other hotels we’ve stayed. To top them all, the price is way affordable.

−We checked into the room and went to plug a cell phone into the outlet when we got in. Immediately, the power in the entire room went out. The staff was hostile and beyond rude. The electricity was not fixed, no alternative room was provided and they refused to give us a refund -- even going as far as blaming us for the power outage.

−Stayed 2 nights due to the lack of options, and had to pay over USD 600 for 2 nights. Room was dirty and smelled bad. Found cockroaches and reported it to the front desk. Front desk denied that that there were cockroaches on the property. He got defensive after I showed him photos and had the audacity to suggest that the cockroaches were brought in by us. Ridiculous. I asked for room cleaning obviously after the first day, which never happened.

−made me pay for cover charge on my own card even tho its a company paid expense then never refunded me my money after staying for one night wouldn't reccomend to anyone to stay there they will tell you the cover is refunded but will never send it back

+We have been going to Super 8 for 14 years. Extremely clean, and the staff is always very helpful. If we need directions to somewhere to dine, they are helpful. Very pleased and will definitely go back.

+I didn't like it, I wanted to see some + point but I don't see anything
−I didn’t like anything about this hotel, especially the front desk staff. That gentleman seems to be working there as a punishment. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. This hotel shouldn’t even have a single star. The breakfast consists of nothing more than bread, butter, and coffee that doesn’t even taste good. :( I honestly don’t understand why Wyndham manages this hotel. It’s a disgrace to the brand. I could list so many other things, but I’m simply speechless. I have never experienced anything like this.
