«Great place to stay. Would definitely stay heee again.»
+Location was perfect, close to my daughter’s flat is. Easy walking distance to the beach, cafes etc. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfy.
−The only thing we had a problem with was the ironing board. It wasn’t locking when you put it up so would drop down while ironing.

«Overall it was an ok stay.»
+The decor was modern, room decent size, close to our event venue. Bed was comfy. Nice fluffy towels in the bathroom.
−I had to pay a $300 bond which they took from my bank account on Friday. It is Tuesday and I still have not had this refunded. I have stayed at The Horizon in Auckland and bond was returned on check out. Not sure why this could not be done on check out. Hope this gets sorted.

«Good, but not for summers»
−Air conditioning has an auto shutoff at night, no matter the setting, it needs a person to regularly reset (on an hourly basis) for it to blow cold air to bring the temperature down to what you’ve set. Once you sleep, the temperature in the room rises beyond what you’ve set. Having stayed three nights, tried different settings and even after talking to the staff, this was not resolved. I slept none of the nights due to this. Definitely not ideal for summers.

+Had the corner room and loved the balcony! Great spot to watch the evening go by. Really good sized room, we could’ve stayed for days. Everything was so tidy and well considered. Beds were comfortable.
−Quite noisy, lots of loud cars on a Friday evening. Otherwise no negatives.

«An excellent two days spent at the quest. Its nice enough for you to not want to leave your room»
+Very clean and tidy. Well set out. Modern esthetic. Place smells really good. Very convenient location
−A little noisey, only because of location. But once the door is closed you don't notice a thing.
