«Canberra wedding»
+Clean and well appointed room with a great view. Very central location with friendly staff. Amazing food and coffee.
−I booked the junior suite specifically for the layout and two tvs. Only one tv worked. Staff attempted to fix but was not able to. Maintenance was to visit the next day but still was not working when we checked out.

«Overrall, it was a relaxing stay.»
+Room is nice and clean with beautiful lake view. Not so much construction noise coming through surprisingly.
−The room is next to the lift, and lift noise continue the all night. I am also a light sleeper, next time should bring ear plugs.

−Parking is at a ridiculous price. Guests $35 per night. This should be at a lower to nil rate for paying guests.

«Pleasant and convenience stay but skip the breakfast service»
+The room was big enough to fit another bed for my 14 years old, and the bathroom was also big enough to accommodate 3 people. Walking distance to the lake and the Floriade festival and we were lucky enough to get the last car park on the busy Saturday afternoon when we checked in. The room service was excellent and very clean.
−The EV charging would have been handy if it's not use as car park at $35 per day. Saturday night fee of $660/night is double than the usual price due to long weekend and school holiday. However, the Sunday morning breakfast was short of staff hence was slow in service. The coffee took half an hour to arrive with no water served while we wait and the breakfast arrived 10 minutes later. The Monday morning has two extra staff, but we still have to wait 20 minutes in the bar area to get a table. The water & coffee arrived within 20 minutes and breakfast 30 minutes. It has improved by 10 minutes but still not good enough.

«Not a 5 star standard»
+Breakfast was delicious
−Air vents leaked the smell of someone smoking pot from another room somewhere. Shower took 5 minutes to heat the water. Very noisy. Not very sound proof. No complimentary biscuits. Only 2 English Breakfast Tea bags.
