«Wonderful Cairo.»
+The food is excellent, especially the cofte, the omelette & the bread. The staff are friendly. Adam organized all our tours very well. We stayed 4 nights & managed to see all the sights we had planned to visit and more. Mehe, our driver/guide was very good, & made sure we were taken care of.

«Not like in the announcement and not recommended at all.»
+We liked ONLY the view from the terrace, the kindness of some in the staff and the beds, which were pretty comfortable.
−First of all, the lack of cleanliness in every place of the hotel: restaurant, rooms, reception and so on. We even found cockroaches in the bathroom more than once. Second of all, the lack of organization and professionalism: staff in the restaurant/bar didn't know what was included and what was not in a half board reservation; staff barely knew english, so communication wasn't easy neither clear. At the end, restaurant had just 3 dishes to offer and we stayed there for 10 days, forced to eat the same things all the time.
