«P E R F E C T!»
+Everything! The Host was distant and we did everything texting us ut she was super present and always available and clear on every instruction. The room was sooooo neat and comfortable and nice, we loved it at first sight! The bathroom too surpassed every expectations. We absolutely suggest it and in case of return to the Rock, would LOVE to go back to Penthouse!

+La atención del personal. En particular Eveling fue extremadamente amable y eficiente. También destacaría la doble taquilla en la habitación, con una de ellas, de modo cajonera, muy cómoda.
−Eché de menos mas ganchos o perchas tanto en el baño como en la habitación. La cortina del dormitorio era de bastante calidad, pero difícil de correr. Y también difícil acordar con los demás compañeros de habitación el nivel de luz diurna

«Prezzo imbattibile e posizione strategica»
+Punti di forza assoluti: la posizione centrale e l'ottimo prezzo. Stanza pulita e con tutto il necessario, casa pulita, con possibilità di uso della cucina, che presenta l'essenziale per prepararsi qualcosa da mangiare. Avevo qualche timore che il bagno in comune potesse essere spesso occupato, invece l'ho trovato sempre libero. Juan Pedro è stato gentile e disponibile, consentendomi di lasciare il mio zaino anche oltre l'orario di check-in e lasciandomi un paio di chiavi per venirlo a riprendere quando volevo
−È andato tutto per il meglio, ma uso questo spazio per un paio di segnalazioni pratiche: casa è al terzo piano senza ascensore e non è direttamente raggiungibile con un'automobile. Di conseguenza non è adatta per chi ha difficoltà motorie o bagagli molto pesanti

−在4楼，无电梯，网上无注明，我只能将所有的门前对讲器按一遍，汗…… 与男主人(单身) 同住，厨房无微波炉，无电烧水壶，灶头用煤气，我们早上烧水泡咖啡，晚餐泡快速面，男主居然说：You cooking too much! 仅有一个破旧卫生间，要和另外2个客房的客人轮着使用……

+It's a good value for people who don't look for comfort when they're looking just for a place to sleep at night.
−Like other people mentioned, everything is very old, but the most uncomfortable is the tub with the shower. It is very small and has a built-in seat. When you get out, you need to hold your balance resting on the walls, because that seat is exactly on the side you need to get out, no other way around.

+Ubicación excelente. Habitación muy limpia y alojamiento con muy poco ruido. Muy fácil todo el proceso de llegada. Si vas a estar uno o dos días en la ciudad es el lugar perfecto. Además, la cocina está muy bien si viajas con plan low cost y no te quieres dejar mucho dinero comiendo fuera todos los días. El ventilador en el techo es un puntazo.
−La ducha era un poco rara y, al no haber cortina en un lado, se salía un poco el agua. Pero el alojamiento por lo demás está perfecto. Eso sí, tened en cuenta que hay que subir 3 tramos de escaleras (no es problema) pero si vais con mucho equipaje o con alguna persona con movilidad reducida puede complicarse.
