+Het was een mooie locatie aan het strand! Het eten bij het restaurant was erg lekker, maar wel wat aan de hoge kant qua kosten. Het duurste wat we in heel Mexico hebben gehad. We hadden in eerste instantie een huisje met buiten toilet/ douche, dit viel alleen nogal tegen. Tijdens het douchen werden we aangevallen door de muggen en het huisjes was echt kleiner dan gedacht. Achteraf even beter naar de m2 per huisje moeten kijken. Maar ter plaatste gevraagd om een upgrade, we moesten wel bijbetalen, maar daarna een fijn verblijf gehad!

«Absolutes Fundstück und sehr empfehlenswert.»
+Eigentlich nur als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Belize gedacht, haben wir hier eine echte Perle gefunden! Eigener Bungalow auf wunderschön hergerichtetem Grundstück im Palmenwald, am Abend mit Lichterketten wirklich sehr schön. Herrliche Lage direkt am Strand fürs Essen und Chillen. Tolle Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
−Ist ausserhalb von Tulum, man muss mit einem Taxi anreisen (350-400 Pesos); dementsprechend auch schwierig, mal was einkaufen zu gehen, wenn man kein Mietauto hat. Essen vor Ort gut aber eher teuer. Die Dusche war wunderschön, aber es kam kein richtig warmes Wasser.

«Heerlijk bestemming aan het strand nabij het centrum van Tulum.,»
+Elke huisje is uniek. Mooi complex. Vriendelijk personeel, volleybal veld, mooi zwembad. Aan het strand. Ligging is mooi in het natuurgebied.
−Rieten daken zien er leuk uit maar er valt wel veel riet uit het dak, sanitair buiten is niet ideaal met de vele muggen. Houtwerk moet het en der gerepareerd en geverfd worden. Als je plantenbakken neer zet moet de plant nog wel leven. Zet er een nieuwe plant in of haal de pot met de dode plant en aarde weg. Restaurant kan wel wat aankleding gebruiken.,

−Pas d’eau chaude dans la cabane dans les arbres !! Pas très agréable vu le prix de la nuit ! Et restaurant de l’hôtel beaucoup trop chers !

+The location close to the ocean was amazing
−The lack of maintenance of the property is terrible. The restaurant and pool area look old and abandoned. There was no beach or pool service. The pool light was floating with the wires hanging. Our bathroom had pieces of wood that were rotten and broken and we nearly twisted our foot. The smell of mold and humidity in the room was very bad. We found quite a few rusted screws in walking areas an even inside our private little pool. The big pool deck was in really bad condition with holes and uneven slabs. There were a lot of old pieces of wood and a small pool engine hanging around near the kids playground. We asked to change rooms and they did. The second room was in better condition than the first one and the staff did a big effort to make our stay more comfortable. All in all it was a good experience at the end as the beach was beautiful.

+La ubicación es muy buena y el concepto también es bueno
−No tiene vistas la casa del árbol a pesar de que en las fotos aparece que si. Lluvio y nos caía agua encima están en la cama durmiendo. Al llegar te avisan de que es una posibilidad pero no lo sabes al hacer la reserva. Cae material del queb este cubierto el techo constantemente en la cama. Te despiertas rodeado de eso. El agua caliente tarda mucho en salir. El personal del bar de la piscina no fue todo lo atento que merece un lugar así. El wifi va muy mal y no hay cobertura. Todo ello hace que el precio de el restaurante sea elevado para lo que ofrece el establecimiento. Poca intimidad en la piscina privada y habitación.
