«Central location in an exciting city»
+The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were lovely. The location is excellent. Some other reviews criticising the noise are unfair. We came and went multiple times during a festival with fire works going off all night and day. Each room had double glazed windows that did a decent job blocking the sound. Otherwise, it's on the main square of a vibrant living city, some noise should be expected.

«A home away from home in Cusco!»
+The hotel is very central in historical Cusco. I cannot say too much about how friendly and helpful the staff were in general, but the manager is excellent and the Breakfast team very nice. The breakfasts were really good and they happily make a breakfast snack to go if you have to get up early for a trek or activity. Our daughter got sick after doing one of the trails and the manager was so helpful in arranging a local doctor to see her which just smoothed over the language barriers at a stressful time.
−There’s no elevator which if you’re not used to altitude feels like a workout, but it’s not a big deal & we had quite a lot of luggage. Just take it slowly.

+Location, ease of access, and very friendly and helpful staff. It worked well for a 1 night stay.
−For a brand name like Katari I was a little underimpressed with the details of the room. The toilet seat was loose and missing a piece, shower enclosure is showing age. My room was on the first floor and I could hear the staff outside and anyone who happened to walk through and be speaking I could hear clearly in my room with the door closed. I requested a 2nd floor room but was given a first floor room. Overall not bad but definitely not excellent.

«Hotel bien ubicado, no sé si volvería»
+Muy bien ubicado, sobre plaza principal
−Habitaciones chiquitas, baño muy chiquito! La primera noche nos tocó una habitación con cama doble que el colchón estaba vencido y nos “caiamos”, después nos cambiaron a otra habitación con dos camas. Ahi las camas bien pero el baño diminuto. Desayuno medio básico

+Nos encantó la ubicación, el servicio y las facilidades. Excelente estancia aunque al ser tan céntrica, el ruido y la vida nocturna de la plaza siempre está al alcance de la habitación con balcón.

«Buena ubicación. Servicios básicos.»
+Hicimos reingreso en el mismo hotel después de visitar Cusco. La ubicación es extraordinaria, pero falta mejorar las instalaciones. Por reingresar en el mismo hotel, no se nos cobro tarifa de storage de equipaje.
−Al ingresar el primer día, llegamos antes de la hora del check in. En recepción me dieron la posibilidad de ingesar antes del check in con un costo de $50 dólares. Me pareció excesivo, por lo que lo rechacé. Al rechazarlo, la misma persona me permitió entrar antes.

«Buena ubicación, hotel con servicios básicos.»
+La ubicación.
−Espacio reducido dentro de la habitación. No hay espacio para dejar la maleta. Elejimos una habitación con vista interna para preferir aislación acústica considerando que estábamos frente a la plaza, pero resultó ser una habitación muy oscura sin aislación acústica en donde se escuchaban las conversaciones de otros huéspedes. Al hacer el reingreso, nos asignaron una habitación más pequeña sin teléfono a recepción en donde se acumulaba el agua de la ducha. El desayuno muy básico.

+Rececionista muito simpática. Oferecem chá na receção. Tem janela para o exterior. Tem água quente e boa pressão. Quarto espaçoso. Pequeno almoço muito bom e variado. Fazem caixa de pequeno-almoço para levar.
