«staff great still had ok stay, can't help feeling ripped off»
+location
−property info, price was high then finding out they had offers to stay for $100 less if you stayed past the weekend, we stayed for a week but had already payed full price, we were supposed to stay at another one of there properties however key pick up had to be at main property over 1k away, that's ok if you have a car, we didn't, luckly they had a spare room at main property

+Great location easy access to main street of st Kilda and easy access to public transport. Easy to find throughout the day.
−It wasn't easy to find the location at night as there are no light up signs or lights to show the sign from the street view, whilst being in a car. The fold out couch was uncomfortable due to the mattress being so thin you can feel the springs no matter what position you lay. Maybe get some thicker mattress protector to support better

«Quick trip to St Kilda»
+Location was good and rooms were neat and tidy.
−The room we have in the second level smelt of smoke and had cigarette burn marks throughout the room. The other room was missing the air conditioning remote and the room was freezing, however staff came and turned it off for us. Weirdly the smoke alarm had a plastic bag over it so maybe people are smoking in the rooms.

«convenient to st kilda»
+The accommodation was in a fairly good location with a short walk to beach and shops and access to tram network. Had to check in and pick up keys from a different location which was fairly easy and straightforward
−Nothing really it suited our purpose
