«Very Disappointing»
+It’s just centrally located in a very noisy square but you have to walk to a distance to get taxi, they tried to do the sound proofing but it’s not effective. The square is noisy even at 2 am and trust me you will get those annoying sounds of musical instrument constantly.
−It’s not at all a 4 star property, it’s just a guest house in the center of the city, it’s way overpriced for what it offers, the floor is dirty, the rooms is noisy even at 2 am, the lobby smells bad, they charge you for 4 star property but don’t even provide you any amenities. You will get way better value at a way better price. They rank top in searches, it’s all paid, don’t fall for it. Trust me you will sick and tired of Jamaa Al Fna square if you live there, if you want to get the view. Just go to any rooftop and see it once and you’re done. This guest house is just selling the view without any cleanliness and peace, very disappointing

+Todo, la insonorización de las habitaciones pese a estar en plena plaza con unas vistas insuperables. La comodidad del apartamento, la cama, la conexión wifi, la televisión. Un lujo en el centro de Marrakech. Los recepcionistas fueron muy atentos y amables en todo momento. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje el último día. Si regresamos, repetiremos este alojamiento sin dudarlo.

«Great location, friendly staff and a gorgeous apartment»
+The property was really spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it is right by the square and the receptionist was incredibly attentive. He sorted us an airport transfer, carried our bags to the pick up point and let us use a room after check out to sort the cases, get changed etc. Nothing was too much trouble!
−Compared to how noisy the square is, the apartment does a great job of blocking most of the noise. However, as a light sleeper as I could still hear quite abit and used my ear plugs but my partner slept fine. It wouldn’t put me off staying there again though, just a tip to pack some as a back up if you are a super light sleeper.

«Amazing location and facilities.»
+Amazing location. Literally on Jmaa el Fnaa. You can literally see the crowds from the window. Jemaa is almost always very loud but the rooms are very nicely noise proofed. You can't hear anything from the outside if the windows are closed. Shout out to Yousuf at the reception desk. He was very kind and welcoming and he helped us with a lot of small matters here n there. Air conditioning was good too even though it was very hot. All rooms had nice big screen TVs
−There wasn't anything to dislike. The only thing I would suggest is that there is no mirror in the rooms except the washroom.

«NUNCA LO CAMBIO POR OTRO»
+Desde hace ya unos años se ha convertido en mi hotel de referencia cada vez que vengo a Marrakech.Adoro la ubicación.La limpieza.La decoración.El personal super atento.TODO. Esta vez he estado en una de las habitaciones que dan a la plaza ,no he tenido problema con el ruido,algo se oye pero muy amortiguado porque tiebe doble ventana y las vistas desde la habitacion son un espectáculo!!!!

+Hemos estado muy cómodas, los chicos de la recepción muy majos y agradables, en todo momento nos han ayudado con cualquier duda que teníamos. El apartamento muy limpio y con todo a nuestra disposición, aunque es un alojamiento en medio de la plaza, no se escuchaba el ruido. Muy contentas y agradecidas, pienso volver pronto!
