«Wrong address, hidden fee, dirty and unsafe. Left without staying.»

−Booked for 4 nights for 6 colleagues. The confirmation listed Brižitská 5. On arrival we were sent to Jadranská 41 and then across the city to Hotel Viktor in Petržalka for check-in. There we had to pay EUR 92 instead of the EUR 72 city tax stated in the booking: an extra EUR 20 "cleaning fee" that was never mentioned anywhere. We paid by card, but both receipts say "cash". The apartment: heavily stained and torn duvets, stains on the mattress and sheets, insects on the wall and floor, mould on the cutting board, a water-damaged wall under the sink, dust and cobwebs, an unwashed floor and a bedside lamp with a cut cable and bare wires right next to the bed. We photographed everything, did not stay a single night and booked another place the same evening. We informed Booking.com within an hour and messaged the host several times. The host has never replied and nothing has been refunded. Read the older reviews, the same story repeats for years.

«Ужас, обманщики и спекулянты»
+Взяли деньги, и не пустили во внутрь сказали что деньги вернут, но нечего не вернули и перестали брать телефон, никому не советую к ним обращаться

«Awful experience»
−The organization of the management was really bad. I received no instructions in advance about the check-in. I had to contact the management to ask for it the day before the arrival, and the sent me an SMS!!! SMS, not Viber, WhatsApp or Booking,com chat message, that we had to go first to Victor Hotel, to check-in, and THEN they would give me instructions how to get to the property. After we, 5 people!!!, arrived at the Hotel, it occurred the apartment is located in the opposite direction of Victor Hotel, and the Apartment and the Hotel had one and the same owner. So, we decided to stay at the Hotel instead of dragging our luggage along. The price was almost double. That is why the owner cancelled the reservation and did not charge anything. However, we could not use the apartment because of the bad organization and the lack of information. Our reccomendation is: DO NOT USE THIS APARTMENT.

+Nie było kontaktu z właścicielem, nie odebrał telefonu, nie otworzył drzwi, do pobytu nie doszło. To jakieś oszustwo, omijać z daleka. W nocy musieliśmy na cito szukać innego noclegu.

+Nic hotel tragiczny kontaktu brak powinni usunąć te ofertę z booking.com nie ma informacji nigdzie że recepcja jest 30 kilometrów dalej że na miejscu dodatkowe opłaty za wszystko brak ręczników to raczej już powinien być standard
−Brud syf kuchnia cała tłusta brak plynu do naczyn naczynia brudne lodówka straszy brak czajnika a pisze ze jest brak informacji że trzeba zarejestrowac się w innym hotelu 30 km dalej że w recepcji pobiorą dodatkowa opłatę za sprzątanie brak kontaktu miesiąc wcześniej pisałem do właścicielki o jakieś info brak odpowiedzi łaskawie w dniu przyjazd się skontaktowała

−Prijava je bila 12 km stran, torej dodatnih 24km. V apartmaju ni bilo brisač, toaletnih pripomočkov. Ni bilo zagotovljenega parkinga, čeprav je bilo ob nastanitvi, ga nismo smeli uporabiti. Neprijaznost osebja, ker nismo prav parkirali, je bila grožnja...
