+Good value for money, private bathroom, streaming-capable TV, and generally clean.
−Far from the center, parking wasn’t guaranteed, Wi-Fi was slow, and the bed setup was uncomfortable - especially the sheets and pillows, which made it hard to sleep.

+Era cómoda. La persona que me recibió fue muy amable y atenta. Se preocupó porque haya entendido bien como utlilizar las llaves y se mostró dispuesto a ayudar si necesitaba cualquier cosa.

+The place was great for its price. The host is communicative and helpful. The room was also clean and well-equipped. It even has a washing machine, even though I didn't use it as I only stayed for a couple of nights. It's a bit far from the old town, but it is easily accessible by bus and there are many shops nearby so it's not really a problem.
−It was quite hard to find the building at the beginning as the building number was not very visible, plus the entrance is not along the main road. It would be helpful to have a guide on how to get to the building.

«Perfect stay in Split - clean, quiet, and great host»
+The apartment was excellent. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet and very close to bus stops, which made getting around Split really easy. The room was spotless, and I also loved having a balcony. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed, checked if I needed anything else. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment.

«Really good apparent with nice touches but difficult to find.»
+Apartment had everything needed. Not very large but adequate. Had washing machine/dryer which was a nice touch and everything laid out well. Clean and also had a tv. Also ottoman beds for storage. Has a fridge and Aircon (both can be a little noisy during the night, clicking etc).
−The placement of the flat was difficult to find as in a tower block that was amongst many others. Also, the taxi drivers apparently always drop you off the other side which if dark as it was for me, was difficult to find a way through to the apartment. In the photos there is a cafe which gives you the impression it's that side but it isn't. The car park at the rear is best way to get to the apartment if you have a car. Can get very busy and the roads in the car park can be very rough. People also park badly which causes problems trying to get a space. There is though another car park up the top, however, it's very bad on the car. Bumpy and difficult to drive in.

+A quiet comfortable stay. It's in a fairly new estate a bit of a distance out, but not a problem as uber to and from town was only €6. You need to telephone the host when you arrive so that he can come and let you in. Private en-suite provided with a washing machine.
−Slightly tricky to find as the apartment numbers in the estate are in white on a white background on the floor! Difficult at night time but it was exactly where Google maps said it was.

+Anfitrião simpático e prestável. Casa de banho espaçosa.
−A localização não é a melhor. A limpeza, embora k principal estivesse bem, revelava pouco cuidado nos pormenores (mesinhas de cabeceira com muito pó, mesa de apoio também)
