+Fantastic apartment in a great location, close to the main sights but really quiet too. Very nicely furnished, with everything you need. Great communication from Christian too with lots of useful suggestions.

+The location was perfect, close to old town and all kinds of amenities, including a pharmacy. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and - last but not least - quiet. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our wishes.

−kein Parkplatz, aber man Glück haben in der Kurzparkzone. Nächste TG ist 5‘ zu Fuß entfernt.

«Pleasant stay in a spacious apartment»
+Location is excellent, a little bit out from the main city centre and therefore quieter. There is a supermarket close by which is super convenient and also Naschmarkt across the road. Two nice cafes within a stone’s throw- Cafe Sperl and Cafe Drechsler (my preferred). The self contained unit is spacious and clean and more than adequate though I would have preferred to have a washing machine inside the apartment. This is available but not in ours. Christian was also very helpful and accessing the property was not an issue. He’s is very responsive and would answer your queries almost instantaneously. All in all, a very pleasant stay which I would recommend.
−There is a lot of graffiti on that street which is a shame.

«A great location for an OK apartment»
+The location is perfect, right next to the Naschmarkt and with the Café Sperl at the end of the road. There are also some other unique cafes nearby. The apartment is in a quiet street and within walking distance of the Museums Quartier and the city's opera house and concert hall. A perfect location.
−The bedroom (apartment 9) is a bit claustrophobic (long and thin) and the bed not very comfortable. In the kitchen you need to juggle appliances to be able to plug things in. Move the toaster onto the washbasin, the microwave onto the hob, the kettle... you get the idea. It's not what I expected from the description. Also, why such stark lighting? I want to spend time in the apartment and feel comfortable and welcome. It could have been so much better.

«Great apartment in a good location»
+This property felt large especially with the tall ceilings. The bed was comfortable and the washing machine was really useful. It felt modern and was in a good location. The kitchen had everything you needed and we cooked there several nights.
−It felt a little sterile. Some colours other than white and some personalisation would warm it up and make it feel more inviting.
