+The staff switched my room right away to a first floor room for my handicapped mom.
−No breakfast available due to kitchen being redone. Coffee maker didn't work properly, set to one cup, it sprayed water out of both.

“Not the best”
+Easy access to highway
−The building is run down. They are renovating the kitchen so the advertised complimentary breakfast was not served and no alternate arrangements made. The rooms are old and in need of renovation. Bathrooms are dingy with paint peeling on tub and there was no fan to put on to keep the shower from fogging up the mirrors. In hindsight i should have paid $100 more to stay at the Sheraton.

“They should say that everything is under maintenance and be cheaper because of that.”
+Room is okay. Huge and comfortable bed.
−Everything was under maintenance. Only one elevator working, had to wait more than 10 minutes to going down and leave during last day. Pool was also under maintenance. The building is old and so far from downtown, but at least have one bus stop nearby. Restaurant for breakfast was also under maintance, thats why they don’t offer it. Shower doesn’t have hot water, i would call it slightly cool. The curtains were falling down and the room is very dark.

“Rude Staff, Unprofessional, won’t book here again.”
+nothing
−the lady at the front desk was rude and seemed like she didn’t care whatsoever and had an attitude. We called and talked to a lady on the phone as well as emailed the property of changes prior to checking in. Wasn’t given a call back regarding the cancellation of our booking reservation, as well as not getting a response back through email as well. Bad customer service, get a new front desk lady. Thank you.
