“Never again!”
+The location is wonderful and it is a cultural landmark.
−It was absolutely filthy. The pool area was horrid. The hot tub green. The jet tub in room did not work. They did not lock the front doors at night. The person working the front desk was disheveled and wearing pajamas. Marijuana is the first thing you smell when entering. Big barking dog behind the door right next to check in. The breakfast was laughable. Cold cereal. There was a literal hole from the bathroom to the bedroom. A shower curtain is what was used for privacy. The TV only had a couple working stations. Everything needed updated. I could go on!!!

“Worst place to stay ever”
+Nothing
−Place was a mess. Pool was not heated. Hot tub was broke. Linen and towels were stained. Room was not clean. Dirty laundry was ledt in the hallway. No garbage cans in room. Only coffee was decaffeinated. No breakfast.

“Wanted money back”
−As advertised microwave was missing and the phone didn’t work. It said for 911 calls use your mobile phone. Upon checkout clerk wouldn’t give receipt. She said because I booked with booking.com she wasn’t able to print receipt.

“Expected so much more for the price we paid.”
+Location was good. But a very tired hotel that must have seen better days. Lots of things did not work (tv, doors to balcony…) Or did not work well. We paid top dollar for this stay and it was regrettably only one star.
−Old. Broken down. Unsafe. Tack strips at stairs not nailed down - very scary and dangerous!!! Staff ( administrative - not cleaning crew!) walking around in bare feet! Very disappointing stay .

“Never again”
+The location is awesome. The front view when pulling up to the building is beautiful.
−Everything after leaving the check in station was pretty bad. The toilet, room in general, fridge and bed were disgusting. The toilet, tub and sink were dirty. The fridge was dirty and had spider webs, the air conditioner had dry wall in it from the ceiling. The mattress had a bed bug cover with stains. Some one the electric didn’t work. Some outlets didn’t have covers. We ended up not staying at all. Especially after seeing stains on the mattress and mattress cover. And was promised a refund but wasn’t given one.

“Just ok.”
+It was inexpensive and convenient.
−The television service is less than desirable. The remote did not work with the TV. The breakfast was just a haphazard collection of pre-packaged sugar and carbs, and the person in charge of delivering the food did so in her bare feet. Kinda gross. Also, the bathtub did not have a handicap bar.
