“Good”
+Great location, super friendly staff. Room was perfectly fine.

“Lovely property”
+Great location. Close to everything. We used the bikes to go to the shops in downtown! Staff was very welcoming and so nice to us.
−When we checked in they were unsure if our room was clean so we had to wait. It was a bit inconvenient since we were coming from Houston and all we wanted to do was take a nice warm shower.

“Disappointed”
+Location and staff
−My husband was having surgery the next day… we had to go check in to a different hotel so he could shower… bathroom was filthy!!! Could not allow him to shower at that supposedly UPSCALE hotel

“Great staff!k”
+Staff was great but they didn't have breakfast like they offered.
−Our second night there was loud karaoke in the dining area. It did stop at 11pm so I can't complain too much, but you asked. Lol. Payback for my indescretions in my youth.

“Great lodge and location with attentive staff.”
+Great location and very nice staff and loved ending our night with s’mores!!!
−For some reason we were given an accessible room with an “open “ shower which made showers interesting. Also, group tours gathered right outside of our room. I wish they had assigned the room to someone from the tour group.

“Overall, it was great.”
+Beautiful space and location! The bed was amazing g - VERY comfortable. Two of the front desk staff members were great, above expectations and very friendly fly.
−No blow dryer available? How is it possible in this year? There was no cream when we went down for coffee at 9am. Very limited bar options.

+L’emplacement uniquement.

“We'd stay here again at about half the price.”
+Clean, cute property with a lovely bar and fire pit out back. Decent location within walking distance to downtown Estes. We'd stay here again if it wasn't so pricey. Loved the fire pit out back. Pretty views.
−Walls were very thin and our trash in our room still had a beer can in it when we checked in. Bare bones room but it was what we needed. Was too pricey for what it was in my opinion, and then we were charged a $25 amenities fee on top of everything after we left. No one had told us about that. For what? Who knows. Not many amenities. A hot tub or breakfast would have been nice. $400+ for one night was too much, Labor Day weekend or not.

+Location, clean room
−The air conditioning wouldn’t go below 72. They came to fix. But it never would go below 72. I know some places lock it to a certain temperature. So if you like cooler temperatures at night. Don’t expect it be that way.

−Very expensive for the room. Air conditioner was broken and they put us in the room anyway.
