“Wish I had more time to partake of the facilities. Loved the room and cleanliness and breakfast.”
+Loved the room and its cleanliness. Breakfast had a good selection.
−Coffee was hard to find as its in a different area. Lady at the front was super slow in helping us get a new keycard when ours didn't work the morning after check in.

“Very thoughtful”
+I was very satisfied with the breakfast, and the school is not far from my child's.
−Could the laundry fee be reduced a little? Please clean the washing machine promptly.

“Location worked out very well for access to all locations related to families’ needs.”
+Coffee location was strange, but I understand the convenience factor for its location at all other times. Breakfast choices were okay. I’m just always hoping for fresh home baked muffins.

“It was very nice. Visited new spots in our yearly cape trip”
+Breakfast was awesome. Great different variety every day. Location was ok. Pretty close to places we like to visit in the Cape.
−Nothing really. Maybe on the beach but that would increase the price.

“A Comfortable, Convenient Stay”
+We recently spent five nights at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Wareham/Buzzards Bay, and we were pleased with our stay. The location is just off a major highway, a short drive to Onset, MA, and within easy reach of shopping centers in both directions. The hotel itself was clean and nicely decorated throughout, which we always appreciate. We enjoyed the indoor pool, and the outdoor lodge area with the firepit. I made good use of the fitness room, which was well equipped , including a Peloton bike. Management should consider providing disinfectant wipes in the fitness room. There was a disinfectant spray bottle but no paper towels to go with it. There's also a coin-operated laundry on site ($3.50 to wash, $3.50 to dry). The free breakfast was nothing special , pretty standard hotel fare , but the 24-hour coffee and tea station was a nice touch. Staff throughout were polite and professional, but we especially want to recognize two employees who went above and beyond: Chris made sure we received housekeeping service after we'd been skipped the day before, and Cynthia personally saw to it that fresh towels were brought to our room after we'd been told the night before that they'd

“Wonderful hotel, and staff”
+Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. Had the pleasure of dealing with Cynthia at the front desk. There was an issue with my reservation rate, but she was patient and a total in getting it corrected.
